Bans can be over turned and changed. Been considering giving DK a final chance if he cleans up substantially. But general attitude and getting others in for you is not going to help your sons case, Steve.

I have to say having watched Race 3 back that Dano's driving was not really any worse than anyone else during that race. There was one divebomb but then I got clattered into Turn 1 on a couple of occasions by others doing the same thing. The rest was the bumping, rubbing, cutting and run-off use that ALL of us did during that race.

However, I still believe Dano's passing attempt on me in Race 1 which resulted in him hitting Furi was misjudged and late. That said, the ample run-off meant Furi lost little if no time.. and if I'm really honest from my POV directly behind it seemed as if Furi was deliberately swinging his car at Dano until he successfully had him off in retaliation.

I have no intention of fuelling a s**tstorm or personally attacking anyone, but if that's what Furi was attempting to do then that's seriously out of order for a series host to be doing. I didn't save the R1 replay but that's how I interpreted it at the time while directly behind them.

My two cents.

I understand what your saying but he made a move up the inside and wasn't out of control, the car being overtaken shouldn't block at all costs and has to give the corner up if he has had his line taken which in that case he had, he wasn't off track or out of control and passed because he was going faster at that point

Here is the thing Steve.

TOCA has had its fair share of bad drivers in the past and has struggled to address this problem, so the best way to do it is issue point deductions, temporary or even permanent bans.

It is the only way to sort this out. If your son wants to mix it with the big boys then he has to take the punisment that the series owner see's fit.

Oh and before you say anything, I'm old enough to be most of these lads dad.

Im sorry I got involved but I believe dan wasn't been listened too and was getting very harshly treated,he is very upset to be banned from an event he loves, don't get me wrong your series is well run and he throughly enjoys it it causes all sorts of arguement in the house I would love my 42" telly back lol

thanks for the nice comment it was a 20 year dream to go racing and a lot of blood, sweat, tears and too much money have gone into it!

Thank you and I will personally give him a talking too and clean up his driving, his perceived attiude is probably there as he was been unfairly treated and as someone who grew up so small he has to use his mouth (or fingers in this case) as his defence!
