I must say that the 5-point penalties for taking out 5+ cars in a divebomb are rather laughable. I lost more points with each of these moves and I wasn't the only one who suffered.

Why no time-penalties? That's easily more effective, because the culprit at least gets demoted to the end of the field where he belongs for that race.


In other news, I probably won't be there for Spa. (where the beefed up 4WDs will annihilate the field in heavy rain anyway)

5 point penalty is first punishment, next incident is a 10 point penalty and a ban. Me, Sakery, Lancer, Smuffy on warnings.

Wow Niop was probably the only one who could pass me before the finish -line at Fuji and now he gets ECU ??
I know that Ford will loose it again and it´s not bothering me (just makes starting better ).
But just ask Niop, he was one tough oponent and Infiniti has the Tire-wear advantage.
I lost to Smuffy R3 because of my screwed Tires.

I think you were mostly one of the cleaner drivers out there at Fuji. I don't remember us exchanging paint at all even. But since you asked...

I didn't quite appreciate a) your overtaking maneuver (not me, just ahead of where I was) in race 3 going wide in the fast right-hand kink (you can go wide by accident, but not to gain positions, and you had a clear advantage there), and b) your tactics going slow and covering the inside line at times when you were in the lead. You slowed down so much, it only cost you and me a lot of time when I felt we could have separated from the pack. I know you probably thought you were going to be rammed by some suicide driver out there, if you hadn't done that, but usually I don't do such a sort of thing.

Perhaps it's because A. It was my first offense. and B. I admitted I messed up immediately and apologized. 💡

I lost out even before the penalty, I definitely would've finished a lot higher up had that not happened.

@snow: R3 was making me mad. I always got bombed from the inside. Fuji Racing line is very wide through the Last sector. I got plenty of ramming s there from peeps 2-3 places behind me (or from 2 at the same time ).
=> My solution from R1/R2 and first laps of R3 was block the inside always !!

I know your not one of them but we had some drivers behind us who didn´t care.

In addition: When a good and fast driver is behind me I get nervous (although I don´t need to ) and that slows me down in general too

Pre-finally: As said I will better myself, hope others overthink their aggression-meter too.

Finally: Those issues are the main reason I despise Fuji in GT5.

Well, 🤬. I remember always taking the inside line through the final sector in quali for S7, and I was ~3 seconds off the pace.

Also, Furi, have you and the other stewards made a decision on my ability to race at Spa? I'm thinking of bringing back my Audi TT.

There are plenty of reasons I'm still a fan of the old Fuji track that was in GT4. No extra runoffs and a narrower track.

And Ford lost the ECU for Spa again ?? Want to do my tests with correct specs

€dit: Looked at them Tables and thought: Where would I stand if I did compete in the first 6 races ??
Argh with an average of 10points per race I would be second by now
But I´m locked in for now and thats pretty decent
