Speaking of online protection and privacy of children, it's not often wise to overtly push your identity online when it directly identifies your children too. While I'm sure you felt it was relevant, you've managed to give your son's home address out to anyone with an ounce of Google Fu just by posting your own name and hobby... Your identity is yours to do with as you wish, but I'd recommend a little more caution.

Everyone was dirty @ that Toca race. Furi, just because you got knocked around a bit by Dano doesn't mean you can auto-ban him. Smuffy smacked me into turn one and took me out in the 3rd race and Scani was swerving around every time on the straights. I didn't complain, I just know this is the quality of racing I had expected when I signed up. Nearly everyone was divebombing, nearly everyone was cutting, but only Dano gets banned for it all.

Furi if you do another season learn from 4.2 and keep ABS off racing was superb with it off. Then everyone who used to divebomb whined and you put it back on... Which lead to crap racing and here we are.

S9 should have ABS off, if it happens.. Will shake it up and make for a fun finale..

But I seen dive bombs in Fuji from some who survived due to ABS then used run offs to maintain their ill gotten gain. With ABS off that driver would sail off instead and ruin their tyres a bit.

ABS off in 4.2 was epic me and Dax battled for all race 1 without any contact, he won but we swapped places alot of times and it was my best memory of Toca..

Just saying if S9 went ahead, it would make for an epic finale..

I must say that the 5-point penalties for taking out 5+ cars in a divebomb are rather laughable. I lost more points with each of these moves and I wasn't the only one who suffered.

Why no time-penalties? That's easily more effective, because the culprit at least gets demoted to the end of the field where he belongs for that race.


In other news, I probably won't be there for Spa. (where the beefed up 4WDs will annihilate the field in heavy rain anyway)
