Take a look at this guy.

The way I see it (different than the rest) he means that there's a point in which the scale won't go farther than AAA (whatever that is!).

The fun you get from a game, however, doesn't have a limit.

AAA stands for high scores

A stands for 60-70 AA stands for 70-80 AAA stands for 90-100.

Ok, back on the topic.

I love how general bashes the hell out of GT5 then turns around and say's it will still be a great Tripple A title, It's like he can not make his mind up or something. i think he want's to love it, and probably secretly does, But does not want his little xbox buddies finding out.

Well to be fair I think he was saying that the franchise as a whole is going downhill although still spitting out great products on the way down.

For instance imagine a car company that used to crank out a new great model every 2 years.

Now imagine they are still spitting out great cars... but it takes them 5 years instead of two while the rest of the industry is averaging great new models every 2-3 years...

It could be looked at as the company degrading even though their product is still top notch... the company producing that product is spiraling down.

That's what I think he is saying anyway.

But do you agree? I dont, but there are other companies that this logic would apply to (big hint- GM)

Good write up, And that may be true, But he still called us all, the "P" word.

I see fanboys like this and without even watching the video, I think:

Ok, let's just clear something up here.
Posting YouTube videos here is fine as long as they're well reasoned arguments that don't degrade into sweary slanging matches.

All the videos that TorqueHappenS08 has posted recently contained way, way too much in the way of F-bombs and other insulting variations of profane and generally unacceptable words for :gtplanet:.
I didn't have to watch all of them, jumping to various random segments was enough to know that sentences such as "the 🤬 at ____ need to get their 🤬 🤬 together" was way too inappropriate for here.
As such they've been removed.

Please take care with what you're posting here. If you're going to post a video, make sure you watch all of it, and if it contains more than a couple of swear words, especially if they're all linked in the same sentence, then don't bother posting it here.

If there's one or 2 swear words, post it, but please also post a language warning before the video link.

Please heed this warning to avoid further administrative action being taken if more videos have to be removed.

^ That "AAA" classification must be fanboy talk really. I've only heard about such a thing in youtube videos and system-wars forums.

But if you wan't to know what I think, you will need to create a AAAA category to put GT5 in it

He's trying to make both sides of the war happy.

He called Polyphony Digital lazy.
'Nuff Said.

Life Sacrifices are lazy? Imagine how many football(soccer) practices KY missed for his son\daughter, all the parent teacher meetings, hell even every day stuff like birds+bees.

"my dad was never there for me..."
"why is that?"
"because his real child is a video game, his real passion is to see IT grow, his one true love is his creation."

Real Lazy.

I hate where he states in a certain video that "2009 is the year of Forza"

What does that have to do with anything? Thats just giving 2010 to GT :)

People like that guy in the video really don't get the beauty of Gran Turismo. That beauty is about the physics in the first place, about the driving itself. I don't know what PD does with GT but it feels like a real car. Forza 3 feels half-floating like it's pre-programmed or something and I can feel it, and this is just a simple observation. Let the guy talk since that is a choice, but don't let the guy fool you, or upset you. GT is all about the driving and love for the cars and for that it has believable physics and marvelous graphics with very good replay and photo-mode system. I for example certainly don't care for badmouthing the GT franchise, I know that for me it will be the best experience.. well not if I die before GT comes out, or the world ends before GT comes out.

Kind of like the DB9 fridge on Top Gear

In a class of its own.

I wouldn't call PD lazy. But there's something that really bugs me. Yesterday, I was playing GT4, and bought a MX-5 Miata S-Special Type-I, just to find out that it didn't have a spoiler on it. :ouch: Come on, PD! That's the most visible feature the S-Special has!
