I'll give the 997 a shot tonight and I could try to make a livery if you guys like. I have never made one before but I have been wanting to for a long time.

I'm messing with the skins today with Gimp and I am just experimenting with the editor. I'm not sure what to do for the skin as I'm not a pro with liveries. I was thinking of doing multiple drafts in Forza as its noob friendly then take crap loads of pictures and try recreate them in Gimp for rFactor. Does anyone here use Forza for the livery editor so we could work on designs together?
Also I saw that last race we have some one using the F430 in the team and two of you using the Porsche. I was thinking of having a contrasting livery for the car. Example Ferrari be black with white ascents and the 997 be white with the black.

I dont use Forza.
You need a template to work on with GIMP. These can be downloaded on Enduracers website.
I've been working on a livery for the Porsche. It can probably be slapped on the Ferrari relatively easily.
I haven't been very motivated to get it done though.
Will do a little bit tonight now that you mention it.
Once I finish with it tonight, I'll upload the template that I'm editing, and then you can do a bit? Then you upload what you did, and maybe Jav does a bit? Etc.
I'm considering having a competition for it publicly. Winner will get a year of premo and/or a $15 PSN card. We'll see...
That could be a special edition skin for Abu Dhabi in season b.

Sounds like a plan. I'll download the template from enduracers tonight. Right now I stop using gimp and I'm practicing with the F430. I'm doing 1:52's on mediums need to working on corner exit as I'm sliding thru most of them.
