Yup, I changed the spark plugs, added an intake and got it a tach from a 95 Legacy.
Then I also picked up some sweet Enkei J10s and as Flamve suggested keep the MB Seven Xs for my Rx7. So here are some pics:

Although, Its been suggested that I go bronze with the rims. But I really think the MBs would look good in black, what do you all think?

I think you should put the Enkeis on the rx7, since it seems your other options are putting the ugly MB Seven Xs on it, or leaving a hideous chrome/spray painted black ones on it.

Your best looking and most expensive (new) wheels are on, what I assume is somewhat of a daily beater?

And fyi i haven't had those 18s on it since I went to get its fuel pump installed, so pretty much since forever ago.

But yes the subaru is the winter car, during the summer it would only be used when I have more than 1 other person or I need to carry stuff.

But you see the reason why I did this all in the first place was because the MBs have a 5x114 and 5x110 bolt pattern and the Enkeis have a 5x100 and 5x114 bolt pattern. So I would have to find rims again for either the subaru or the Rx7 this way I could just go with a sticky tire for the Rx7. Since honestly the Seven Xs look better than the 18s I had on there.

That's not really a good reason. How many people are honestly going to notice that, and even moreso, realize that is was done on purpose?

I would stick with the steelies with snow tires on the Subaru, sell the MB Seven X, put the Enkeis on the RX-7. (well honestly I would just save and buy some well sized wheels to make use of the space an RX7 has under the arches, but that's probably out of the budget amount you're willing to spend)

But yes, all of what your saying is out of my budget. As getting some figures for what needs to be done to the 7 is around the $900 mark not including new summer tires. And then there is the mods for my R6....

I don't think anyone really cares about trivial things like that. It doesn't somehow increase the "coolness" of the car. IMO it goes in the same category as interior color matched to the outside of the car, engine covers matched to the car's color, things like that. Not ALWAYS necessarily things that look bad, just kind of things that you shrug off as "meh" and it would look fine with any other number or spokes or colored engine cover.

I hear ya. I don't really care for matching interior unless its black on black. And I could do without engine covers completely. And to be honest with you I didn't even realize it until flamve pointed it out.

But when in comes down to it this will allow me to spend more on other things.

Anyway, Flamve wanted to make the car louder so since he owns 50% of the car I cant really say no. This is what we did.

Right on, so I was getting annoyed that I only had 2 speakers so I went and get some and this is what happened.

I first had to fix the hole in the door.

And thats how you can use white duck tape.

And then we took the doors off, but since this was the base model it didnt have speaker covers open so I needed to improvise. you can see the thought process.

And then the new player didn't fit right:

But I did get my rear wiper working:

Yeah Now I just really want to start back on my Rx7....

I forgot to put on here the stock vette pull from a while ago.
But you can really only hear the dyno, if he ever puts it on there again it should sound much, much better.

These rims are going on the 7

AND, and I bought a car for $180, needed a new battery$50 and filter and oil chance $20 and now it woks fine.

The battery is in a fun spot:

Simple answer is I don't like the look. Other reasons include that the other rims are lighter and have slightly better feel. But yeah man post those pictures up!

Ok, so lots of pictures here, oh well!
First off, I replaced my spark plugs on my R6, and I also did a coolant flush.

Then previously when they were working on the mustang they got the O2 sensors.

Anyway here are all the pictures in almost chronological order.

Naw, the stock fan pulls a fair amount of air anyway and not only that I ran into problems with converting to an electric fan. But no, 550 primary and 750 secondary fantastic transition though.

Anyhow, Flamve didn't like flippy doos so we went on swapping them out:

Well all was not well with emissions, I still have to fix one leak somewhere, but I did correct one little vacuum line fix and I had my gf help me.

And here is what I fixed:

But there is still a unsealed spot somewhere...I should fix that while we paint the subie rims and hood. Perhaps on Monday.

So first of all Flamve finally got his other rims. And then he also tested marking off the top part, and has decided to go with a vinyl on the top after this.

Here is a picture of his fancy headers.

And then I added a EGI switch for my dodgey wiring of the day....
