Ok so let me understand this. All cops are bad. If I fight with cops or disobey cops ill get shot or whatever. I'm not dumb,so i won't do anything to provoke them. Hmm. I see bear in the woods with cubs. I know if I go near the cubs,she will probably kill me. Get the point!

This attitude is not helpful. You're condoning police abuse - and not just the violent kind. What's to say the cops are in the right? They sure as hell won't be for long if everyone had that deferential position. My family was robbed by police in Mexico city just because they knew we would do what they said and there was zero chance of them being held accountable for it. Don't trust that can't happen in the US or Canada. You really, really don't want to live in a country with widespread police corruption.

Do you honestly think that every police force is corrupt? Do you not think the idiots that are in charge of the cities,the state etc are not part of the problem? Like seriously, I have friends that are cops in Canada. In Toronto Calgary,Guelph, Vancouver. Have they busted a guys lip,yep. Have they been kicked,punched,bitten,spit on,pissed on,puked on,shot at yep. Have they saved people overdosing,drowning,suicide attempts,homeless,women beaten to a pulp by boyfriends,kid molested,people shot. Yep. So please dont paint every cop as a bad person. There are lots of bad people killing each other every day in this world. There are people getting paid big endorsement deals for running shoes. But thats a different story. Stop the narrative that all police are bad. Their not. Their is a lot of bad people rioting,not protesting that are doing bad things too.

You're the one who said that cops commit "atrocities." I was simply responding to that as if it was a genuine post and trying to get clarification from you. I would have thought that was pretty obvious by my use of quotes to identify which words of yours I was responding to.

The mascot of the University of Nebraska is the Cornhuskers, though everyone usually just says "Huskers." Like most in my state, I'm a fairly big fan of Husker athletics. At the time I joined this site, I owned a VW R32. I mashed these two things together to get huskeR32.

Every time someone shortens it as "huske," I feel like I'm getting called chubby by someone with poor spelling.

(Pardon the non-sequitur, it just makes me chuckle every time. Okay, back to yelling at each other.)

I'm not sure what's irrational about the post you quoted. Can you show us where Blake was armed, even with a knife, while being gunned down? As I understand it his knife was in the glove compartment at the time.

They claim there was a knife on the floorboard. That does not constitute as being armed, though.

In the video, it doesn't look like Blake even has time to motion a reach for it before he's shot.

The fact of the matter is that Blake is only an alleged rapist. In America, you are innocent until proven guilty thanks to a precedent set through the Supreme Court in the case of Coffin v. United States. It's also backed up by the Fourth, Sixth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution.
