It's awesome. It would be ever more cooler if someone resized it.

You rank amateur... :P

It does make me wonder, just how much did Symantec pay to have this miniature thing displayed down there? I adore the Renault cars, and only spotted it just now! :odd:

It probably cost them quite a lot. While their logo on the car might not be very visible, they still have the rights to say they are "a proud sponsor of the Renault F1 team."

The only one of those pictures that looks real is the Paris one, and that's only because it would be too complicated for anyone to want to make. The Air Force Museum here has some miniature displays that have all the detail of that Chinook picture. They all look like miniature displays. There's not any sharp details in any of the pictures. It's so annoying.

I don't get what you mean. You don't like that they're trying to make things look like models when they actually could be? You want to see tilt/shift shots that would actually be impossible as models?

According to that Wiki, tilt-shifting is done in order to achieve a shallow depth of field. The effect of blurred parts is still depth of field, regardless of the techniques used to make it shallow..

It uses depth of field, but the technique that achieves the miniature look, as per buick's question, is tilt-shift.

Here's some pictures of the new San Luis circuit in Argentina. It's got to be the best looking modern circuit.
