Looks like Liverpool have more or less got Morientes, Liverpool look like having a decent strike force again when Baros comes back from injury.
demon of speedLooks like Gerrard is on his way to Madrid, and after Liverpool's perchase of Morientes.

Race Idiot**** them they just bought Gravesen, seriously **** them. I've got no respect for Real Madrid.
I don't see any reports of him going to madrid?
Why? 'Cos they're better than your team? Just because they're rich, probably the best team in the world (they've easily got the best squad, maybe not the best team) and every player wants to play for them? What player, who is of sound mind and body, is going to turn them down?Race Idiot**** them they just bought Gravesen, seriously **** them. I've got no respect for Real Madrid.

I love Real's philosophy. Buy the best player in the world, one every year. Zidane, Ronaldo, Beckham, Figo etc. Don't care about your defence. Buying Woodgate was an unusual step, as a midfielder like Gravesen is about as defensive a player that they usually buy. Your full-backs are the most attacking full-backs ever and play more like wingers. The bottom line seems to be, "We don't care how many you score, we'll score more." It doesn't always work, but I love it.
BMW X5 SPORTSReal Madrid, the best team in the world, thats a new one. They got the players ill admit that but they still dont manage to pull it quite together. I think Barcelona are much better IMO.
Tacet_BlueOh dear Arsenal, 1-0 at half time Are you going to stay just one point ahead of United by the end of the day.
It's too early for me to gloat just yet, but I think you need to sub that goalie of yours
Race IdiotI heard Arsenal got rid of Lehman on the radio this week. But I can't find anything about it on the net.

Listen to the match.
Tacet_BlueI think he has signed a 3 year contract, but has publicly criticised Wenger this week, so maybe he will be dropped. His stand in Almunia is having a nightmare of a game ...here comes the second half...come on Bolton

Mike RotchSeason over basically Even if Manu and Arsenal beat Chelski in the return fixtures, they are still at least 4 points off the top.
Other observations this weekend: Wes Brown is a moron, Rooney would make a sailor blush, Lampard is awesome and Benitez showed desperation by flinging every striker he had on against ManU.
