The rotation that had been tracked in the Legend Car update thread skipped 22 vehicles from the Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Coupe to the Mercedes-Benz S Barker Tourer in the wake of the 1.20 update at the end of August. Initially, two vehicles that were further up the list appeared before the S Barker Tourer as part of the "special" post-1.20 update done outside the normal midnight UTC one. The rotation has since been re-established, with every other "normal" rotation vehicle from the S Barker to, now, the Toyota Supra GT500 appearing in order (or at least as much order as PD can manage).

The Porsche 911 GT1 Strassenversion (the first of the really-jacked up prices) and Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 TI are up next in the "normal" rotation. The Jaguar XJ13, which has been gone a bit over a month, would be sandwiched between the 2 had it not been moved to the monthly "Trophy" rotation, and the Maserati A6GCSS, introduced at the end of July, should slide into its normal spot in the rotation this week as the Nissan Skyline Silhouette did.
Thanks for this clear explanation.
I just need the 250 GTO and 8C 2900 from the LCD, so I guess I will have to wait a bit more.
Ofc I am skipping the silly Dior Mangusta :yuck:

Wow. If I understand correctly, that means that the last 4 cars I need, which were last seen in June(!), were skipped and I can wait a whole additional cycle for them to appear. (That's if PD doesn't change the cycle with the next update and those cars are skipped again)

It's actually mindboggling that PD spends half a year on making a car (there's significant cost involved in doing so - just from the workload alone), and then hides the car from the players except for brief windows of time every 4 months.

@Boxter
These two are exactly the last cars I'm waiting on as well (437/439).

But after the last update 437/439 seemed to qualify already for being on 100%.
Well, missing a measily 40million on credits "investment" makes this "rounding error" look quite funny ...

Just did a quick math, I'd have to race tokyo with the TOMA 557 times. I think I've done it nearly 75 times now. FML!
There's also the average of 35,000 Cr.-40,000 Cr. from the daily Wheels of Despair (mostly 5,000 Cr. and 10,000 Cr., but the infrequent gold bars do jack the average up).

Thats true, i JUST got a 5-star ticket and got an Aston Martin invite for a car I already own. PD needs to fix this, also winning items for a car you dont own. Absolute garbage.

In my opinion, after you've bought all invite-only cars from a brand, you should get permanent access to this brand's cars, as you've proven to be a worthy collector.

It gets worse, after you get all of those invite-only cars, and even some duplicates just in case, the Invitations that you win in the roulettes are basically worth NOTHING. Might as well get a 2.000 credit win than an invitation at this point.

Is there a way to track legendary cars in my garage? Or do i have to manually scroll through the entire list to find them? I’d though there would had been an easier way!!

How much Horsepower have you lost using your Toma? I bought another one after 8k since no matter how much oil i changed it, it wouldn’t go back up to 2586hp.

Not going to lie, I’ll be gutted when PD patches this car again, it made September fun and pass by real fast

Currently saving up for A rainy day in GT7, sitting at 89% of cars, missing like 5 from the brand collection and everything’s left up to used and hagertys

Im at 2586 also, I think its more stock. I should me farming this race but been super lazy with this game and not motivated. I know I'll regret it when PD shuts down the TOMA party.

I know for a fact that I will never drive many of these expensive cars, unless I pay real world currency for them. How PD managed to eff things up so much is beyond me.
Forza is light years ahead.
Im excited for the next Forza motorsports game, hopefully its a stunner.

Hopefully this wakes up PD and Sony to be like, we can make a stellar game too, not with their current debacle of it gets better with every update despite taking steps back in some of the updates type game!

you don't even need to pay real money for them, and the economy isn't that bad, you can roughly get about 1.7 million credits if your a crap driver like me.

Well it’s been fun, until the next exploit or fastest farming method, for me it was Le Mans for 1.5 million at least 🤣

Update cars added, we're now at a smidge under 480.

Not bad? It is when you need 458 million just to buy all the cars. Plus another 50-100m to tune them all. Plus that's the best case scenario, "mechanically repeating the same races over and over". If you just play "naturally", it'll take far, far longer.

It's even worst than that. You will have to spend a lot of money (3x the game price) to just get the Mclaren F1...

Yeah I have the same opinion. It's a very strong flaw in the game design to forget that it's supposed to be a game. I get that you want to make the cars valuable but grinding is absolutely not fun, even if I like the track of Lemans.

thank goodness for the afk script lol... it took me 3 months but thats how I did it... if I didnt have a weak connection and did the afk script for more hours it woulda got done sooner... but with work had very limited time to run the script

Every GT game was grinding even when GT8 comes out guranteed that will be super grinding. but that is just the nature of the game

you don't even need to spend a penny in the game, . people that spend money in this game are just FOMO, all the content is unlockable,

imo i still think it isn't bad, GT was always grinding, if you want to get certain cars you need to put time into the game, if your curious yes i have obtained every car. took several months, and yup i still grind to build up my credits

I agree it was always grinding but you can make grinding a bit more fun than using the same tracks.

It has already been proven in several topics that the grinding in GT7 is FAR longer than any other GT game.

Thank you cptain obvious

Where have you been all my life ?

Never ending day... doing the same race over
and over
and over
and over
and over
and over

and yet, still only have 20millions on your account for 1 car

it's just sad at this point, having absolutely no value of your precious time

been always here on the gt planet board, sure i'm captain obvious but hey you sure do like to complain lol

hmm i feel the grinding wasn't as long as previous games. i guess the only thing bad about GT7 is if you miss out a cycle you need to wait several weeks for the cars to return.

of all the games imo. GT7 is actually the first game i've bought all the cars in the game.

And you do seem love to look like an expert at losing your precious time for stupid stuff.

It's stupid to lose 100hours, which you could use to actually learn something, to grind a game in order to get all the cars.

It's pathetic

And players need to wake up,

There's a lot of players who works, have kids, have only a few hours to spend on a game and they shouldn't have to spend years, decades to just get one car.

One day, you'll grow up and find out that you lost your time

That's more than a little bit condescending. Anyone who does not agree with you has to grow up? :odd:

decades to get one car? i agree somewhat with your general point but gross exaggerations like this don’t help the cause.
