I grinded for the past couple days to get the Elite Bundle and the Alpha Mark X... hoo boy, it's certainly something.

Fully upgraded, it's got a lateral G stat of 2.38 (for comparison's sake, the Red Bulls go up to 1.01 and the Alpha Mark II goes up to 1.18). You can take this thing through corners so much quicker than the other cars in Alpha GP. Also after a bit of testing at Jersey City with the boosted Pure/Frenetic Nitro Chemist set from the last few summits, here's a few times, in the spoiler tag below.

1:57.922 - Proto Alpha Mark X
2:03.536 - Proto Alpha Mark II
2:06.046 - Red Bull RB14 Disruption Edition
2:06.848 - Red Bull RB13

As far as I can tell, the Mark X is much faster than the rest of the competition right now since it's likely on the updated handling model, while the others aren't. Hopefully the new handling model gets implemented to the rest of the Alpha GP discipline (as well as the rest of the car-based disciplines that aren't Street/Hypercar), but for now, I think I'm going to be having a lot of fun with the Mark X...

Not me I use the t300 but maybe the same thing will work I lower deg of rotation to 360ish or the point where your arms are just about to cross and then use the linearity setting to make it feel right (for a arcade racer)maybe plus it 3 or 4 or until the deadzone goes away.

Can you post your settings? I have T300RS aswell and i can't figure out decent setup. Is it just me or this game have really weak Force Feedback?

Things haven't felt right since that last patch so I did some tweaking tonight(ps4)and ended up using the settings shown and I also showed the older settings that were used before the latest patch. I'm starting to think keeping that "highest setting" to the left gives more feedback but then the linearity slider doesn't go high enough and it feels odd maybe alittle more deg of rotation would sort that but its best to hit full lock in the tight turns see what you think :) pic 1 before pic 2 after patch

Since when can you get more points flying inverted in the Low Altitude Skills? I don't think I saw that in the patch notes.

I never knew this but you accumulate points faster when flying inverted low altitude in free roam, so it makes sense for flying upside down in skills to have the same effect.

Thanks Fog-Smokebeer!

I finally came up with these settings for my CSL Elite PS4

Tuning Menu Settings:
SEN AUT
FF 70
SHO 100
ABS 100
DRI -03
FOR 100
SPR 100
DPR 100
FEI 60

In-Game:
Wheel rotation: 720

I don't think anyone's mentioned this yet, but the Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX will be dropping once the Rising Sun Strikes Back (Again) Summit begins next Wednesday. The car's gonna be required for one of the events, going off the preview on The Crew Hub website.

I'm going to enjoy every mile driving it :)

And I just noticed the Drift event next to it :(
I'm good with the Drift events on their own, but it's when they're in Summits that make them stressful. At least I know that track very well, it's actually one of my favorite Drift tracks in the game.

The Touring Bikes and Hobbies were a given. They probably ran out of time to add them in the original date. Also, if I'm correct, that will be the first Summit Special Edition bike we will get at the end of the month.

Thanks for the setups. I have been running this on the game and am finding it reasonably good with my T150 for Street and Hypercar.

I am struggling generally with the Rally Cross handling though, it feels very sensitive and I tend to over steer.

Any thoughts?

It felt the same today while I was doing a summit run I cant remember the car but I went in and added +2 to the linearity so its nearly at the top now and it did feel better not nearly as sensitive so give that a try :)

I want the Thunderwave RX-8 THIS much, I don't think I've ever scored over the 1.1 million mark in a summit before. :D

Hate to burst your bubble, but 1.3 mil is a safer spot to get the car. If you can get at least 120k on all events, you should be good.

I'm on Xbox where boundaries are far less demanding due to the smaller player base. In some weeks, you don't even need to complete all events to secure a platinum spot but the Magma Divo week, for instance, was quite competitive. I'm anticipating pent up stakes this week.
