Things I noticed on the official vehicle list:
-A new licensed boat (Lamborghini Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63).
-Official confirmation for the EQ Silver Arrow & THE VEYRON BARCHETTA CONCEPT HELLO?????
-The Silverado Racing is now fully licensed! (It's referred to as the CWTS Silverado).
-Typo on the Hotrod drag-spec, it says PROTO NSX 2017 (U.S. Spec) 1930.
-New racing bikes, two MotoGP KTMs.

Official complete vehicle list:
I thought this list was a launch car list without the season pass content, but it looks like some season pass cars are already on this list.
  • BMW M4 Compétition Coupé (G82) 2021
  • Chevrolet Chevelle SS 1970
  • Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody 2023
  • Ferrari 308 GTS 1977
  • Nissan 240 SX (S14) 1998
  • Nissan Z 2023

And new cars/variants whose details are unknown.
  • BMW M4 Compétition Coupé (G82) Liberty Walk Edition 2021
  • BMW Z4 M40i (G29) Motorfest Edition 2019 (Maybe this car was available in beta?)
  • Bugatti Veyron Barchetta 2015
  • Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray 2020 Donut Edition (Collaboration with Donut Media)
  • FENDER Edition One Demolition Derby 2022
  • Ford Mustang GT Convertible 2024
  • Ford Mustang GT Convertible Motorfest Edition 2024
  • Ford GT [Le Mans Race Car] - Airfoil Edition 2017
  • Honda Civic Type R Keola Rapozo Edition 2021
  • Honda S2000 Ultimate Edition Kamea Hadar Edition 2009
  • Honda S2000 Ultimate Edition Motorfest Edition 2009
  • IVORY-TOWER SSV Mk2 2023
  • IVORY-TOWER SSV Mk3 2023
  • IVORY-TOWER Falcon IVT-R1000 2023
  • IVORY-TOWER Alpha IVT-R07 2023
  • KTM 525 XC (Race Spec) 2011
  • Lamborghini Diablo GT Pura Potenza Edition 1999
  • Land Rover Defender 90 Works V8 - Edition 02 (Maybe UBI accidentally posted the Land Rover Defender 90 Works V8 70th Edition twice, but just in case)
  • Mercedes-Benz Vision EQ Silver Arrow 2018
Overall I'm happy with the list, but I'm a little disappointed that my favorite Monster Truck category has no new cars at all.
Hopefully future updates will add new models to this category as well.

SSV, Lambo boat and new Fender are unexpected additions. Everything else were already leaked in some form.

I just stumbled across the december thing. I never heard of that before.
When did they announce that we won't be able to transfer any cars acquired in TC2 after July 5th to TCM before december?

Seems totally arbitrary, what's the reason for that decision? I was in the process to grind some money in TC2 to get a few more of the expensive ones (currently just a few dozen cars).

If I opt for transfer right after release, the cars that I got in TC2 after July 5th will then be transferred later in december? Or do I have to wait with transfer to get all my TC2 cars until december because the transfer is a one-time thing only?

Currently what happens is the vehicles added after that date, not the vehicles purchased after that date, during the closed beta I bought a Mustang in TC2 and received it at Motorfest in the beta.

This is like this simply because the new vehicles and vanity items from TC2 season 9 will be added to Motorfest in TCM season 2.

The transfer of vehicles is not something you do once, it is updated every time you log into Motorfest, the only thing is that once active it cannot be deactivated.

Misunderstanding. We wouldn't be able to transfer s9 new vehicles (but Story vehicles will be available). There was picture with bad wording.

This. If something available in tCM and you bought it in tC2, it will be transferred to your tCM account.

Ah, so just any new vehicle that came with S9.
Ok, that's totally different from what I heard in a youtube video and yes, there was some ubisoft image in which I then read it as if any vehicle acquired after July 5th.

So, back to grinding then.

Two Horizon 5 maps combined(~200km2). Excellent road layouts, especially in Volcano area(Laguna Seka flashbacks) and in mountains(Fortune island drift mountain-like). Honolulu is like two Surf Paradises in size and has all sorts of turns, cuts and even some verticality. Map is too big and complex to explore it all in three days, but its definitely one of the greatest maps in racing games.

Biggest concern is lack of traffic and animated objects. Map feels little bit lifeless because of that.
This is sort of the vibe I'm getting that's caused a little bit of hesitancy; watching Don Joewon's videos of him in the city area and it looking as you say, a bit lifeless. I get no pedestrians, even behind invisible or not barriers like FH5, but one of his videos, half the traffic was limos which seemed odd. Wasn't much in terms of variety.

However, the roads on the rest of the island do look fun to drive and the traffic is just enough to let you enjoy them without feeling empty which is where I'm still highly interested in playing this. Haven't seen videos of the famous H3 highway to see how the game populates it, but it was definitely a fun stretch of road in TDU.

Its devbuild without players. In beta you always in ~30 players lobby and if one of them racing with Ai you see them on the road(like in NFS '15, but without collision). In races there are 12(?) bots. IMO, its part of crossgen compromise - ****y One/PS4 CPU can't maintain traffic and its easier to set off collisionless players for pastgen if needed.

Most of the ghosts you see on the map are people who are also playing but in another lobby (similar to Riders Republic), it's made to give the feeling that there are more people on the map although they often distract you, I don't think we see NPCs or wild animals on the maps like TC1 or TC2, I have a theory that it is part of the sacrifice of obtaining certain licenses, curiously with Forza something similar happened from Horizon 3 to Horizon 4 where NPCs and wild animals were considerably reduced in most areas.

Big question here:
We have 13 Summits and 12.5 weeks between early access and season 2(dec 6). How should it work? Most likely, image from transfer explanation picture have typo and s2 will start at Dec 13. I even could see pre S1 two-day-Summit "Summit classics". Or ****ed way - "American muscle power" summit will be 2 day long and only available to those who pre-order GE.
Its ****ed way, Muscle power is 2 day long(11-13) and only for pricier editions owners. Not sure what rewards are, but shouldn't be anything all that important(vanity or legendary set).

Same as my question on Forza Motorsport: haven't read about the game. No official hardware requirements out by now, right?

These are from the beta but were incorrect (with the PC's 1080p requirements you could almost play the game at 1440p on ultra and 60fps, I have a Ryzen 3700x with a RTX 3070 and 32gb ram and i could play the game like that)

Quite late with posting these, due to one thing or another. Loved the Beta and the photo mode. Thought it was fun that there's a Danni from Far Cry 6 lookalike in the lineup

For those who think about not importing vehicles:
All available in beta shop vehicles cost ~236.500.000(would be more, 300.000.000 is believable number). most effective grinding strategy in tC2 giving you 1.500.000 per hour. 157 hours of pure grind.

For someone that is not in a hurry that is not a problem. Even 160h is not much over a 4 year period. I mean we barely change cars anyway. And since you only need specific cars for challenges and Summits you will eventually get the whole collection back just by playing the game. Vanity items and exclusives are a different matter. You can't grind for those and Summits may be too hard this time to get every car.
At least one can import cars at any given time so it's not big of a deal. Even if the payouts seems lower than TC2 (my impression) the fact you can race different classes in most races makes everything less painful than in the past.
Even just starting in Beta I got all better vehicles needed for the Grand race (even a Chiron 300+) just by playing the game. After that got the F1 for 800k needed for Summit and a Senna GTR for 1.4mil. Not that big of a grind.
Getting everything is going to be hard and I like it. But I already know I'm gonna import them sooner or later. And I don't like it. 😅

I won't import to get everything. I don't care about most of the cars. I didn't in TC2 either.
But what I want this time, is to get the best possible shot at when there will be a special car that I like.
And with import, I can save the money in case I need it for expensive cars and still have the cars that I like ready to enjoy the island.
