But also a more 'loopy' chicane to stop moves around the outsideAppears to be wider for less bottlenecking.
Speculative at best.More Practice sessions > Worse Grand Prix
These seem to be hated by mostly everyone, it’s weird how they keep doubling down with this garbage.
I don't think they are hated by mostly everyone, as ever with almost everything in life, the negativity will be louder, that's just how social media seems to work. I've seen plenty of positivity within that and there's clearly enough desire to keep them otherwise they wouldn't bother as it costs more for the hosts, which will get passed onto the fans and the sprint weekends don't seem to struggle to get people into the circuit. Pretty sure the circuits have no issue with it, stands look consistently more full over the whole weekend when it's a sprint vs a regular weekend, there have been exciting sprints, including several this year. I think there needs to be some tweaks to make it even better but honestly it is better than practice. I don't buy the whole, it ruins the GP argument, there's no evidence for that and I certainly don't think it does.I like how the conventional format builds up for the gp. Meanwhile the sprints are just a gimmick for the tiktok generation of casual fans.
The races aren’t even good because no one wants to risk their car for a small amount of points, especially when qualifying for the real race is only a few hours after. These seem to be hated by mostly everyone, it’s weird how they keep doubling down with this garbage.

The South African government can't even manage to keep the electricity on at a stable rate these days, from what I've been hearing. A rolling blackout occurring during an F1 race would be an embarrassment they can't just handwave away.Money talks. The Rwandan government probably winning to pay a bigger bribe than the South Africans & Kyalami.
Who built a F1 track just 2-3 years ago which is lacking nearly all infrastructure but the track itself is ready to go and atm used for events like manufacturer test drives and trackdays.Morocco
Unsure on the sauce but a Hockenheim return isn't impossible but won't be soon.
I found the also paragraph interesting, I wonder how many great circuits are missing out because they can't pander to being a circus show for F1 and the elite.

Ah, Memorial Day weekend was my favorite racing weekend of the year. Monaco, Indy 500, Coke 600. I wasn't one of the crazies who would be up for all three races (I'd DVR and watch as the day went on), but a shame it will no longer be the case.Monaco Grand Prix has been renewed until 2031
Moanco agrees extension to host Formula 1 until at least 2031
Monaco will continue to host Formula 1 races until at least 2031 after a new six-year deal is agreed.www.bbc.co.uk
It'll move to the first weekend of June, removing the weekend clash with the Indy 500.
