I think the funny comes from the commentator, I don't know much Dutch, but I think the translation would go something like this:

"Bergkamp, Bergkamp, he's scored! I want to have Bergkamp's children! He is the saviour of the world! Bergkamp!

He's got skills, but it's not so amazing. He really kinda botches pretty much everything that's difficult about that song. He's good for an 11 year old. But in order to qualify as amazing he'd have to be good for an 18 year old (at least), and I don't think that's the case.
