It is indeed. My wife and I just watched the first episode 15 minutes ago. She was like "WTF, is this the show you wanted me to watch? :crazy:" I told her to stand up 'till ep. 3. She'll see, lol.
 
Too much! :scared: One can only handle so much anime at one time. Or that might just be me. Now all the ones you've mentioned I'm pretty sure I've seen an episode or two of. Thanks AOS. 👍

Seen one or 2 episodes of? All the more reason to finish it.

Ignore all their reccomendations and watch Bokurano. I think it's a much gentler way to break into anime. Their recommendations are much darker compared to what anime you've watched.

Bokurano, on the other hand... It's 24 episodes of heartwarming goodness. You'll love it, I guarantee. :)

Well, I actually haven't heard of Pandora Hearts, so I don't know. :P

You can look into them, absolutely. They're really good. I just think you should watch Bokurano before them.

I haven't done anything to get in trouble. I may "troll" i.e. joke around, but I'm not just a troll. I make serious posts too, even if you guys ignore them or assume that I'm just trolling. And Bokurano's a serious recommendation, yet Sephy's the only one who bothers to check out anything I recommend.

I need to finish it sometime, only saw episode 1. Though even just episode 1 was 🤬 up. I wish somebody would pick it up as FUNimation let it go due to poor sales. It's Sentai Filmworks or bust.

So. For some reason, I am interested in checking out the Gantz anime. Has anyone here seen it? It sounds interesting/awesome from what I saw in Wikipedia, but before I go spending money I'd like to hear opinions about it.

I own all of it but so far have only seen the first 3 episodes. However a friend of mine has seen all of it and said the ending is weird because the manga was still going when they finished the show. I do want to watch it though. I also have the live action movie but I have no clue how good or bad it may be.

Hello everyone! :D I felt obligated to post here with my own anime interests.

Although I have no idea what any of the animes you guys speak of are, but I have watched Dragon Ball Z (Who hasn't?), One Piece, Saikano, Pandora Hearts (My all time favorite), and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Quite a small list, but I guess that's because I can't find anything else to watch. I am trying to look into more anime and such but I have no idea how to go about it, any ideas gentlemen?

I've actually been meaning to post in here for months now. Never really felt like it for some reason.

He shouldn't, One Piece is too good to drop. It's pretty much godly good at this point.

Also, 23 minutes a week (Meaning, you're watching it as it airs.) of One Piece isn't all that bad.

I haven't, but considering it's been on the market for ages, and pretty much every person into anime has at least heard of it, I'd be surprised if you there wasn't at least one person who has seen it. I still need to try it sometime.

Prepare to blown at how good it is if you ever try it. It's one of my top 10 favorite anime. It's been considered by many to be the best show of 2009.

Well, considering there's literally OVER 9,000 anime, shouldn't be surprising. There's so many shows, so little time.:P

Also, please tell me the English version you're talking about for One Piece is FUNimation and not 4Kids.

I watched Gantz. It's pretty interesting, but it's got a lot of problems that keep it from being great. And the ending blows hard. :lol:

I'd recommend Bokurano instead (no troll). It's like a mix of Neon Genesis Evangelion, Puella Magi Madoka Magica and Gantz.
