I don't find English to be a terrible language for singing. Cantonese is a language that's not so great for singing (overall).
Jackie Chan does great job at it. Lol, I have a favorite song from Infernal Affairs.

Cory in the House is my favorite anime forever.

I know I'm late to the party but Nisekoi is nothing but fun. Don't expect anything mind-blowing, though.
Very entertaining, and it seems like S2 is coming in April.

I don't have high hopes for S2. I'd still watch it either way but as you said it won't be mind-blowing. I expect the "best-girl" thing to come around again

Death Parade 10: Okay, now it's gotten really interesting. It was slow to get to the point, but I guess that the resolution isn't one that is obtained through long struggle, but rather one that takes long to realize and acknowledge.

That's Mandarin, sir. Maybe its just my taste in Canto-pop hugely favours the older stuff, where tempo and melodies were much more romantic or slower paced, but rock, hip hop or anything slightly upbeat doesn't sound too appealing to me.

Andy, looks like I need to find some songs on Cantonese lol. It could be the upbeat, I am not too fond of Japanese rap lol.

So, started to rewatch Steins;Gate because my wife downloaded and started playing the VA out of the blue, and she wanted to watch it again.

Good thing too because I didn't remember a lot of stuff from it. My memory is so bad ):

Steins;Gate is actually really quite good in many regards, but could have been better. Needs a bit of trimming of the overly pointless points, and to expand a bit on others. I'd still recommend it to anyone who's already dead.

I remember liking a lot of things off it and finding pretty lame things in it. Lets recap.

For now, I want to kick Okabe. But that is one of the things I remember from the previous time, I always wanted to kick him.

Steins Gate I'm interested in checking out. Apparently it's got the time travel aspect like Mirai Nikki/Future Diary but it was executed better.

How are the 'Gatari series? (Bakemonogatari etc)

In other news, I finished Nisekoi S1 today. Twas a fun ride indeed. I liked the overall lightheartedness and humour of the show. I was actually quite content with the S1 ending. Animation was also beautiful and I can't seem to get Click -ClariS out of my head... Do'h... I'm pumped for the 2nd season

Think I'll take a break then I'll watch Toradora! soon

Ruiko in Tokiwadai uniform.

Yes.

Pretty good but the only thing harder than actually watching the entire series in proper order without someone helping you is pausing to read all the still frames (which you shouldn't do as they don't contribute much to the story and are very difficult to catch).

Also avoid Monogatari Season 2 like the plague.

Bakemonogatari is all right, would have been better without the "fanservice". Nisemonogatari is so extraordinarily terrible that it goes back around past offensive and just becomes funny. Nekomonogatari Black is utterly forgettable. Monogatari Series Series Two starts a little slowly and then gets really good later on. Hanamonogatari is the trippiest thing ever to exist. Tsukimonogatari was terrible but did have the single greatest death scene in anything ever* in it.

*Well, anything ever except Gurren Lagann.

There's two contrasting opinions. That makes Monogatari even more confusing, which is to say that it's probably easier to pass a college-level calculus class in two weeks than to understand the show.

I think I'll just take the dive and watch them soon. Then I'll have my own opinion of it.

Awesomeness and critique will depend on how much of my brain that I'll use when watching :dopey:

@nk4e , your somewhat subliminal messaging appears to have worked

If you guys ever see a the fight scene and the first episode of Rolling Girls and get the impression it's going to be a fun ride because of the explosive animation, you'd be disappointed. Show is weak. Hella weak.

I disappear for a while and this is what we've come to

You saying there's something wrong with Dr.Pepper? What's wrong with Dr.Pepper? Dr.Pepper isn't wrong. You're wrong!

I'd have to agree with that. Cherry Coke was such a great drink while it was still around.

The very first one (the one on the right), Black Cherry, and Cherry Vanilla were my favourites.

Somehow this makes me happy.
The fangirls hyping it up just pissed me off.

Anyway. I've just realised why people ship Sayaka x Kyoko so much.
Is there any specific reason besides their interactions in the show?

Your not missing anything good down there then. :P

Glad you say this. At first I wasn't going to watch it when looking at the upcoming season of shows but as time went on it looked kind of interesting. I'll stay clear of it now!
