There was a huge discussion on TVTropes that explained it far better than I could, but it doesn't seem to be there anymore so screw it. If I can find it I'll post it.Can someone tell me how FMA B was more shounen than the original?

Up to episode 18 of Bokurano. 🤬 keeps getting real! As soon as you thought it got as real as it was gonna get, it gets realer.
Atmosphere was really good, but I've heard that the actual plot doesn't get thrown into the show until episode 20. I can watch other "mature" shows without wading through 20 episodes of slice of life cowboy.
Mostly all I'm hearing is nostalgia talk.
And if it's the episodic nature of Cowboy Bebop that bothers you, well... your loss? Each misadventure of theirs is either action-packed, laugh-out-loud hilarious, Über-emotional... or often all of the above.
The "actual plot" is interweaved throughout the show. It doesn't just spring out of nowhere during the end. But it certainly becomes more prominent at the end, since the end is obviously where the major plot reaches its climax.
don't wanna get flamed out of the thread..
I don't want to have to flame you out either... so get to watching it! NAO!! :3
You've been stalled at what? Episode 6? For far too long!
I got spoiled about 26.Don't tell me you got spoiled about 26, please don't tell me you got spoiled about 26, please don't tell me you got spoiled on about 26...
Purge it from your mind, purge it, just like I'm trying to purge a Clannad After Story spoiler about episode 17 still. It's been months since I foolishly opened that spoiler tag, I must purge it, or come up with false thoughts so I think it's something else.
I already know what happens. To an extent.
Oh, and about the episodic thing again. Samurai Champloo was also episodic and I looooveeddd it. Maybe it's because I prefer samurais to cowboys.. maybe.
They have us beat; they post like 3 images per post, 20+ images per page... don't even bother. It's a lost effort, but at least we discuss thingsThe bronies are moving fast. The last time I checked they were closing in. I don't know how much longer we will last
Speaking of Steins;Gate, I have a feeling this month it'll be solicited for a March 2012 release. I wonder if Loli will buy it as soon as it comes out, especially when it'll be found for like $50 wherever he goes.
Space samurais would be awesome. And Samurai Champloo was awesome, the story was so good. But what about Space Samurais? Anywhoo, nice to hear Samurai Champloo mentioned as well. Another one of my very favorites! Fuu! (no, not your Fuu Cano...)

Got more catching up to do... wanted to finish Witchblade too.
Speaking of the manga, that is pretty much always on the New York Times Manga Best-Seller list, and stays on there for weeks to months.Finished Black Butler 6, that was a really good episode. After this is where the manga is no longer involved, we'll see how it is..
How do you fall asleep through these shows anyway? Is it because of how many apparently bore you seeing as your MAL mean score for completed is below 7?Playing Mirai Nikki 9...
Rest of Witchblade is on cue for tonight, that's if I don't fall asleep.
