-Rurouni Kenshin: Trust & Betrayal

Durarara looks interesting, and I suppose I should watch Trust & Betrayal already.

Is Guilty Crown really that similar? You're the second (technically, the third) person to make that comparison.

Yep. Well, the setting mostly. It is different enough I wouldn't call it a rip-off but it has similarities.

By the way, that question implies you haven't watched Geass yet. Do it. NAO!

BTW guys, I moved Guilty Crown from Sci/fi to Action in the you-know-what. Sound appropriate?

You can skip to the last episode of the Endless Eight arc. They're basically the same except for the last.

Anyway Kyon does the same **** every ****ing time so I don't see why you need to bother wasting your time.

Don't do it..... sitting through the whole thing is part of the experience. You need to feel what everyone feels so that the last episode feels right.

Well, Guilty Crown got heavy-ish. Kind of.

I need to judge more of it, but there isn't more I can find.

Only 9 episodes are out, but it airs today so a new one will come out.

Through the course of Toradora, I went from liking Minori to hating her with a passion. She's just a pain in the ass jerking the main character around and acting like a kids about it. She liked him, but was holding it in.. whatever, she was still a total child just shirking reality(same reasons I hate Misato btw).

Ami was a total brat, but at least she was hot. Minori was occasionally entertaining, but that doesn't beat hot. Taiga though... adorable and repressed, a proper tsundere character with some charm.

Ami is socially smart so I respect her for understanding situations better than the other 3 (Ryuuji, Taiga, Minori). Taiga's tsunderistic qualities makes her so cute.

Also, Gurren Lagann and Eureka Seven are THAT good.

It may sound strange but I don't really consider TTGL to be a mecha anime.

I myself think Code Geass kind of wins out over Gundam stuff, if just because there is a lot more going on to it and I'm not a huge fan of the rather large mecha typically found in Gundam. The Geass ones are too large even... though nothing compared to Gundam. Then you can mix in the random weird Mecha stuff, like Rahxephon, etc. Weird.

A suggestion, to those that like dark stuff, is Black Lagoon.

I saw one website which uploaded the series which has uploaded the 1st, 2nd and 3rd then gone and skipped straight to the last. I think that would supposedly be the best way, but uMadson is saying just the last, someone else said just the 1st and last and you're saying all of them...whatever, I'll figure out a way soon. I'll only have finished the first after today anyway.

But yeah, I'm surprised Yuki wasn't genuinely angry after all this time at having to be exposed to 595 years of summer. Would've expected her to start beating up Haruhi or something lol. And wow...how many tears does Mikuru have stored anyway? Kyon's speech was so epic though...and as it proves, half the things I thought of were what he said too lol.

I just use Funimation, Hulu, or one of those anime sites (anilinkz) to watch GC. I guess you like to download your anime for the HD quality. Wish I had an extra HDD to store a vast array of anime series on.
