Yeah, my time is far too important to spend the .3 seconds to see the title of a video rather than see the thumbnail.
(Well, laziness too.)

Even on a god awful piece of **** iPad it can still load the thumbnails.

Although I'd just avoid the thread until a bit later.
It's what I have to do when the internet goes slow with the GIF thread, unless I want to wait 20 minutes for everything to load.

I rather like being able to click and play...

Me too, but I also like not having to wait 2 minutes for the whole page to load before you can even scroll...

It would clean the thread up a lot and keep the thread from taking forever to load. Posts would look like this:

Ferrari 458 Revving

Aston Martin DB9 Acceleration

Shelby Cobra burnout

(none of those links go to any vids, they just go to google.com, I don't feel like looking for videos to prove a point)

Instead of of having 3 or more thumbnails of videos per post that clog up the thread...

No that's the Did you see anything event thread.

It's both threads... A page jam packed with videos is going to take a lot longer to load than a page jam packed with pictures. Even the most loaded DYSAGT E&S threads don't take long to load on my computer.

Mine hasn't been too bad. I agree it takes too long to load sometimes, but I don't think it's going to change. And the pictures on the video are much more enticing that a boring old link. For all you know it could be the same video as another, wasting your time, or it can be titled as another video but be totally different, meaning you could miss it by scrolling over it. At least with this, when it loads, you can stop, decide if you want to click "play", or move on.

@Badasp5.0

13.4L 816 cubic inch Ford 460 based HEMI V8 rattles the dyno. 1,800hp N/A in it's best days...this is the SVO type motor dad wants in the truck. Gotta be pulling around 7,500rpm.

I hit the Like button, then Unliked it just so I could Like it again.

I rate that 252643S54784295M34716/10. :drool::embarrassed::bowdown::drool:👍

However, I could not listen to it for more than 1:20 as I had some "business" to take care of.

The funniest thing is that it was also posted on the previous page...

...and you liked that one as well. :lol: 👍

I knew the sound of an engine was music to our ears…

...So I decided to take it to the next level:

(Sorry if this goes too far off the thread topic…)

So what does a Mezger sound like when it's stroked out to an enormous 4.1 liter and producing 540hp normally aspirated? I can't think of another true street car I've ever heard (in videos or otherwise) that sounds so completely insane as this car. It has that mechanical 'shredding' or 'ripping' noise that I've only ever heard rotaries able to achieve. Its like an MG42 in automotive form. In short, I'm obsessed with it. The Sharkwerks 4.1 stroker GT3 RS.
