I'll do the honors.

WHERE THE 🤬 is my Ford Focus RS '17 PD!! So far the car list just looks very stale and dated, hell there isn't even any historic racers either... :grumpy:
The reason why there isn't any classic cars is because GT Sport is about Modern FIA championship racing. About the Ford Focus RS the chances of that car coming to GT Sport is pretty high and stop being so outraged.

Personally IDK what to make of the car list. On the one hand we have some sweet new rides like the 12C 650S GT3, Alfa 4C and the Group B cars, but on the other... yeah...

But who's to say what the final car list will be like at this point.

Edit there is no 12C GT3 theres only the 650S GT3 ;)

I think it's been said in a few places that the car list manages to be modern and incredibly dated at the same time. For example, we have the LaFerrari, the AMG-GT and the 2015 Mustang, which are all relatively modern cars, but on the flip side, we have the 2009 Evora, the 2011 R18 and the TS030 Hybrid, which are all outdated (the LMP's moreso; Toyota have moved on to the TS050 and the R18 looks completely different.)

As for the RS? I wouldn't count on it. At release, anyway.

Honestly, I don't see the Focus RS making it in. It might, since it's a performance car made in the last seven years (seemingly the main qualifier for GT Sport so far), but the facelifted Focus ST already being included makes me think it's unlikely.

I don't remember such a thing being said by PD. Source? And also not sure how my post is a sign of me raging. It's more of bringing back the topic at hand...

I mean it's ok at least imo, though I'm curious what the full car list is so therefore, I'll hold judgement. ;)

Show me where PD have said anything along those lines.
PD never said that but am sure the FIA would not race cars like a Ford MK4 race car against a Ford GR.3 car or a group c monster against cars like the Audi R18.

I said the chances of the Ford Focus RS coming to sport are high does not mean that the Ford Focus RS is confirmed for Sport.

I can understand why most of these cars would be included 100%, but the R18...

I mean, sure, it's one of the most dominant LMPs of all time, so therefore it's historically significant in terms of motorsport, but I never found it particularly pleasant to actually drive. The single-lap performance just isn't there, the handling feels meh, and the visibility is atrocious from cockpit cam. Surely in that case it would be better to have the newer cars at least as an option, since they improve on all of these areas.

The reason why it handles like crap is that the car has a lot of torque and that your a bad driver:lol:

IDK about that; I can get a Group C car around the 'Ring pretty darn quick!
Thats because there not diesals and in Gt6 80% of group C's are lighter than the modern LMPS
Hey now, we all have different driving styles.
On a scale of 1-10 how hard it is for me to drive (higher # hare it is to drive) for me I say the handling difficulty is around 6
But they would race fictional VGT against a variety of LMP1 machines?

There is no indication currently that the game is entirely focused on FIA events, there are just two Championship with their name attached. The rest is usual PD so I see no reason there couldn't be a place for older cars at some point.
We will have to wait for that who knows we have 85-87 days till release but the VGT are built to FIA regulations.

No they aren't, they're just BOP'd to match performance. None of the VGT meet real world regulations.

So then why is there a LM55 GR.1 and a VGT LM55 which has a higher PP.
what the 🤬 happened? i just browse through all the post its seems like world war 3 just ended

Btw this is i thought this is "The GT Sport Epic Whining and Crying Thread", the purpose is to let people discuss the bads of GT and rant here if they want?

Is discussing Goods And Bads neutral , or pure praising neutral ?

Pure hating as i see it, its something like " 🤬 GTS dont have my favorite car TATA NANO, its a stupid game!"

With valid argument and concrete analysis, i dont see it as hating. Hating is unreasonable.
Its a love-hate relationship for some of us here as some had mentioned. But people generalized us as hater for pointing out the bads.
No just no and I love your English "BTW this is i thought this is..."
Because the performance has been balanced, like I said. That doesn't automatically mean it adheres to all real life regulations, it just performs similarly.
Oh ok I get what you mean :banghead:

Um that doesn't quite gel with the vision cars being in.

They have bugger all to do with 'modern FIA championship racing'.

If they can include made up stuff from the future they sure as hell can give us classic racing.

NASA developed indestructible polymer at the edges of the new Fishermans Ranch dirt course

Why do they continue to do this? It's got to be one of the biggest immersion killers in the whole game. Surely they can find a better way of defining the track limits.
