The back end kicks out. It's hard to tell, but I think he drove over a bump and that caused the car to slide.

Ah right, yeah I did see that alright. Taking that whole video as an example, there is just so much energy going on in the movement of the car. I can't afford a gaming pc unfortunately :(

Here some predictable fanboy answers:
-AI improvements will come in a later update
-PP system is "difficult" to improve, because random pointless lolwut reason.
-What's wrong with a P4 running on a modern GT field? I actually like it. Problems? *trollface*
-This is still better than Forza.
-The entire GT6 blueray disk is a placeholder.

1..2..3..

Ironically that's one of the things that make Gran Turismo to Gran Turismo.

Irrelevance?

Just upgrading from standard to premium isn't enough. Most road cars in GT6 are from the '90s and early 00's. Any car you see on the roads today, in GT6 you need to drive the model two or three generations back. New models from the last 5 years are simply not there.
GT6 is as outdated as GT5 is. *That* is why it actually is GT5.5.

I think that's a bit harsh. While I agree it's the case, a lot of that comes down to so many duplicates. If they were removed, the balance between more modern cars and older cars would be less obvious. To be fair, GT6 has a very good roster of modern cars: Aston One-77 '11, Alfa TZ3 Stradale '11, Alfa Mito '09, SRT Viper GTS '13, C7 Corvette '14, Ford Focus ST '13, Ford Mustang Boss 302 '13, Lamobroghini Reventon '08 etc. Granted, it's not as complete as Forza 4's for instance but GT6 has added a lot more modern cars. But I also like to drive older cars as well so there is quite a nice balance.

No.
Options.
If someone want random cars running toghether ok, but if someone want a field of similar spec cars should be possible as well.
I see.
If you had quoted the first post the question wouldn't have come up.

I will not get myself GT6. The reason is simple, why get a game i already have? Gt6 is almost identical to Gt5! And the new features they announced for gt6 is so disapointing that i can not belive that they made so little inprovements! Everyone want this and that etc and PD give us a nicer sky to look at while racing? Priorities what? I give up my hope on PD.

Interesting - I saw this exact same post over on another thread...trying too hard to make a point methinks?

Who said he wanted to play online? Every GT up until GT5P must have been no fun to you?

No, I still enjoyed every GT, my point is GT5 was stale for a lot of reasons that have been posted many times for 3 years since release.

I am very harsh on GT5. It was embarrassing what we got on release day. I abandoned the game after 3 weeks due to the lack of content vs GT4. But to judge GT6 or any game for that matter before it releases, isn't fair. Demos are demos. You can't base a game from them. They are designed for feedback to make corrections. GT6 has added several new tracks which is an improvement in itself. There is hdr lighting, tire modeling, aerodynamics modeling and suspension model. Rumor is brakes upgrades are back. There are tracks with weather and/or night and day transitions. Although I didn't mind the game without weather and time transitions, it was requested from fans and they did it. I give them props for that. The game content that was on disk day one is what ruined GT5 for me. If they give us more events....better yet, if they repeated the types of events and in abundance as GT4, I would say its an improvement by far. We shall see come Dec 6th.

I know that gt6 will probably launch as an unfinished work without the full set of features GT5 has. I know that PD spent endless hours painstakingly building fully realistic star fields that I will probably never properly enjoy while some tracks are still sporting ps2 polygon models now two generations out of date. I know that updates and installs will probably take up the majority of my first 24hrs of the game. I'm even pretty sure that I'll still be able to switch my setup from surround to stereo and not be able to hear any differences.

So knowing all that, why am I so excited for this game? Seriously. I keep refreshing these forums, and youtube, and everywhere that might have an extra scrap of gt6 info. I can't even think about thanksgiving or black friday, because my mind is entirely focused on the 6th.
