Sounds interesting. But Hard tires and no traction control with that much HP will be something I couldn't do.

Count me also for LMP class, most probably driving a Peugeot (if I'm lucky enough to be able to choose one :sly:).

I really like the idea. Also would love to be in a tightly run series that's fair and clean. Just need to know days/times.

The series runs on Sundays, room opens between 6:30-7:00 PM US EST and qualifying starts at 8:00PM.

Im in, as always! Hate LMP cars, so I would like to see just the GT cars, but its really no matter. Sign me up for GT cars

I would like to see the races remain about an hour long, as the 45 min races seem to fizzle out just a bit too quickly (like 1 stop). Maybe allow for some strategy by having an allowed med tire stint at maximum of one stint per race.

I'm in a GT500 series that does that and it leads to some impressive strategy. Also they have itso you start on the tire you qualified on. So you could qualify on meds, but then you're forced to start on them with a heavy car and not allowed to run them after the first stint. Or could quali on hards and then run the meds anytime after to gain spots on people. Fun concept

I would be all over this one, but the time slot isn't ideal for my daughter weekends. Sign me up to fill the grid or better yet reserve driver. I can do every other weekend Sunday 4 sure!

Put me down for the Chevy Z06 until I can prove myself worthy of the LMP Class'

Count me in for the GT series, but no LMP's here.
Jav, could we raise the ABS to a maximum of 3? I can handle no traction control and everything else off or banned, but we got to have more ABS.

I have a question: Why take out traction control? These race cars have traction control to some degree.

I wouldnt mind if we pushed up car selecting process a few weeks to next week or something. I think many of us here want to see this get started and get some preseason action going. Maybe begin the process for car selection if we want to run some TTs or what have you.

Just an option.

Or run races trying cars out. Then you will have a good idea of what you like before selection begins. Which I'd be interested in trying a few cars out against others in the field.

Car selection isn't untill may 30...
So I'm sure its gonna be a lottery or something other then calling out what car u want...

If that's the case though, I'm keeping them same choice I said at the.end of last season.....R8 for me

+1

If I can show up on Sunday's I'll take LMP1 class, if there is a class. But TC should be allowed as it is on real world LMP's.

You really need that handicap eh?

If it's a handicap, why do LMP's run it in real life, eh? I haven't seen you run any LMP class yet. Maybe you should then you can see what kind of speed I have against you.

I'm interested in joining up again, not sure if LMP or GT. Let's get some preseason started so we can test things out though. The lower power should make for some close racing, also I hope we can keep it more lighthearted this season.

I like that idea, we could do a few 30 minute races before doing the lottery for car selection.

Completely different system than what we have here, but anyways no to TC.
