I've ran LMP's without traction control before. I asked for realism. But Jav is headed a different direction. You keep up with your goofy comments, but I don't hear real world drivers calling traction control 'training wheels'. I don't have the money for a wheel. I got a kid who's trying to get out diapers, so that's most of the extra cash.

When will the final decision be on the lmps?
Did a quick test at Suzuka:
C60 Hybride 483hp : 1:55.673
908 473hp : 1:55.562
C60 Courage 483hp : 1:55.326
The courage is pretty loose, so with a little tuning to get it more stable would slow it a bit.
Also tested the R8 GT Car, was a 1:59.9 or something

I'll do LMP, regardless if we use TC or not. With the lower power, these cars should be good fun.

If on racing hards (what I tested them on), it takes careful throttle input in 2nd gear or else will blow the tires off. I highly recommend TC-1 for LMPs for ease of driving, plus they have it in real life iirc.
There probably wont be LMPs I'm assuming... so I'll start testing GT cars. The NSX sucked, lol.. Was really loose and like 3 seconds slower then the R8. Maybe I need more mods, it only just peaked 580ish hp, so not a flat powerband like the others, maybe thats where the speed is in it? My gearing isn't ideal either.

Lol yeah, you think you have the back end in just the right amount of a slide.. but nope on exit doesn't cooperate right and end up losing exit speed, lol.

Ok guys, LMP is out of the question. We've always been a GT series so we should keep it that way. The LMP cars may make an apearance on special events such as a possible LeMans 2.4 in the future...
Aniother subject I'd like to discuss is that of possible alternate hosts for the series and an easier way of keeping track of series standings like using Google Docs. So please I'd like to see where we stand in this.

I like the standings on google docs idea. That way the standings can be made a lot more elaborate and not have to fit a size constraint on GTP like I've been dealing with.
I think an alternate host is something good to have in case the main host has a mental breakdown/personal issues to deal with. The show must go on, as they say!

This also needs to be brought up during the first of the week about a practice. That way we don't have to cancel out plans on a Sunday because of the short notice for a practice. 👍
