It was a sad finish. Everyone left except me, jepoks, pipi and sin.
Give the NSX 30kg and I think it's good. I was running a hair faster than my Z and vette at 1120.
It may just be the track though. Further testing may be required.

Gotcha! The GT-R is pretty good on pace but the tire wear kills it, no different than before but to keep the car competitive we need to use the 45 minute format.
That was the first time I used my wheel since before my ps3 broke last October...and it showed pretty badly lol...
I still can't belive I forgot to plug in the ac plug...my wife was all like I spent all that money and u broke it already lol...I'm an idiot sometimes

Is the McLaren F1 non-stealth allowed?
Not all of us had 150 euro to spend on the Signature Edition you know?
I got the McLaren Stealth for pre-ordering the game.
Jav, I think the track had a glitch. The spot where I crashed and left the race at, the road & walls went transparent. I couldn't see where I was going and I wasn't going to wreck the race for someone else. I as in 4th when it happened. It as doing the same thing in another spot when I was practicing with Sinladar.
I was having blast gaining positions because of some of the guys crashing into the walls.
VELOCI was insanely fast and smooth. I watched him race the last bit. No one was going to catch him. LOL.
Nice finish VELOCI.

In US you had that chance, and probably in the UK as well, but not in Portugal. And I did pre-order the game almost a year before its release.
The most I could afford was the Collector's Edition (the one with the Chrome Line cars and the Apex book) which costed 10 euros more than the Standard edition.

Jav, the NSX and the McLaren F1 Stealth need to go back to the 1300k. These 2 cars are to fast at the weight you dropped them to. VELOCI killed the field with the NSX at the changes you made. I thought the series was going to have a more balanced selection. You didn't need to add to the GTR either. Please re-think your decision to drop the weight on those two cars. If they stay at that level, we won't be able to keep up. People need to stop complaining about the cars. Those two cars will dominate, especially if VELOCI is driving one of them.
Chime in guys. We need some input about those 2 cars. Can't have VELOCI walking away with another season win. He's very good as it is. He doesn't need any help by lowering the weight of a car.

I agree that the way the NSX is now (and possibly the F1, but not sure since I dont have it) it is pretty fast. However, at 1300, it is too slow to be competitive, iin which case it would turn out to be one of those cars that never get used in the series at all. At the moment, with 1150kg, it is only about 1 tenth faster on the few tracks I drove it on than my other choice the ZR1. So I'd say it's pretty close to perfect. If need be to make it a mid-field car, then possibly test the car at 1200kg. But definitely cannot run it at 1300 or it will go the way of the Panoz and M3 GTR last season.
Also can we get a track list for this season so we know what tracks we need to get under our belt for the cars?

I agree with you on the 1200kg or find 2 other cars that will work at the 1300kg. I need to drive the other cars, they seem to be fairly even though. I don't think the GT-R needed 100kg added. It looked as if they struggled some at Special Stage Route 5.
You're a geat driver and fast VELOCI and thats a fact.

The GTR is wicked fast if it doesnt have some sort of limiting to it. It's all about the set up though. I dont think SSR5 is the best track for the car, so it wasnt doing it justice, but the car will be much better the next race probably. One track cant decide how a car is going to be regulated.
The problem is, there is always going to be an early fast car in the series because it feels great on a baseline tune, but later in the season, when people find their sweet spot with the other cars, a new fast car pops up. Maybe we should trust Jav's testing and balancing and just try to find the car that's quickest for each of us, since the field is basically level.

The cars are currently beign tested and we still have 20 days to go before the selection process is open. Right now we are very very close to the target times for the cars, the GT-R is dead even with the R8 and the rest of the cars in this field. As for the F1 and NSX they are very close to where we want them to be and the results a single driver shouldn't be compared to the rest of the grid but rather to its own performance in all of the cars. It's no secret that Veloci is in a league of his own right now and we all need to step up our game to stay on pace with him.
