My newest target is the MR/RR charts, as I'm not in there. So I've grabbed a CTR Yellowbird out, cranked the power to 797hp + 70 shot, and thanks to a lightening quick 1st/2nd shift from A-spec Andy in the RUF, I've got the Porka down to an 8.205 so far, over 0.1 quicker than the next Porka. :eek:

I want 8.198 so I can be Top 5 though so I'll keep going. :D My wife has also run an 8.243 with the Porka too, she beat my previous PB so I had to run the 8.205 to stop her gloating.....she's now running said CTR into the ground trying to beat my time. :lol:

*added bit* I ended up with 8.201 with the Porka, couldn't get any better. Pics are below for my 11.545 Spoon run and my 8.201 Porka run.

Well, it's been a long while since I've done any times. Here's my latest coming up.

I have a Suggestion for atleast one or more category.

1st Daimler Motor Carriage 1886 & Benz Patent Motor-Wagen 1886

2nd Completely stock Cars/Race Cars


I have reached a 1'22.596 in the Daimler Motor Carriage 1886
I would be very suprized if anyone would beat that in any time soon.

Also I've reached :
11.579 in the Spoon Civic and 7.393 in Escudo.

Can't put up any pictures at the moment as my digicam is broken. :ouch:
 
Well, you can run it in the non-US pre-1975 category, there's still spots in the Top 10. :P Apart from that, no I'm not adding that category.

As for all the times coming, nice work Macca. MadMax, I hope you do get your digicam fixed, those times are pretty stout. :)

Hehe. I'll beat that time hopefully :), i'm on 1'23.777 and 1'24.740 with the other oldie. And I played with the HSR-II, also with a NN run.

Okay, the HSR.........is that 8.103 on the nitrous run Macca?? The 8 is very very blurry. ;) And the NN run is VERY STOUT!! 👍

Both times will go up in a few minutes. As for me, I've been lazy again with uploading, but the pics are sitting there...a slideshow of the QUICKEST GT-R in GT4 history. :mischievous:

Hi everyone. I'm new to the forum but not new to the game. A superb game with some superb fun especially when your at home sick due to asthma damnit! Playing this game for the past week has been my substitute from workout out. (not a bad substitute I must say)

So Ive been tweaking with my Toyota Minolta and have just hit a 1/4 mile Las vegas strip time of 7.866 seconds.

EDit: Forgot to add photo.

I was quite pleased with the time. What I did was put on highest suspension, highest ride, weight balance at +50 with fulll power nitro. Gear thing 23 I think and put the final gear as low as possible.
Accelaration was manic and so was the bouncing of the car.

wide gearing, high ride height and stiffest suspension?

Try the exact opposite of what you did and have another go.
 
Now that I got my digicam work again, I desided to do some ESCUDO Drag runs.

This is the 2nd time in short notice that I tuned ESCUDO for a specific use,
the 1st time was Clean Sub-1-Minute Lap At Apricot Hill in GT2 whitch I actually managed to do. :sly:

MadMax86, sorry about the lazyness dude, you are definitely Top 10 in Race Cars and #1 or #2 in NN Race, I haven't checked to update yet. 👍
 
It would be nice to see some FF competition going on, who knows, i miht even break out one of my Integra's (I have 7)....;)

Fluke, the only reason I haven't put more cars into the FF chart is that I'm lazy, although I did lower my PB in the Spoon recently. I have more different FF's on there than anyone on there aswell. :sly:

It would be nice to see a full on rivalry between alot of us with FF cars, in fact i think somebody should set up an FF only challenge! Top speed and such....its a shame so many people cant see behind the drivetrain and discover just how great some of the FF selection can be, especially around the nurbergring.:scared:

I've already done this on several occasions and the 1000m category is completely open for FF's as that was only recently added.

Already done, twice!! Last time was in Spot Race Challenge, I got 400.01km/h in the SRT-4, if you want to beat that be my guest, it took me nearly 2000km of driving to get that speed!! :P

....its a shame so many people cant see behind the drivetrain and discover just how great some of the FF selection can be, especially around the nurbergring.:scared:

im a noob at top speed tuning, but i will have a go at your srt-4.

Im close to being inside 8 minutes on the 'ring in my DC5, however all of my integra's are strictly kept below 240bhp to keep driveability in good check.

After reaching 7.868 in non nitrous escudo I realised that It's worn out and has just 1098 BHP

Then I remembered that I have another brand new in carage,
so I grabbed it and went to Las Vegas Drag Strip again.
in no time I had it doing 7.8xx's and i desided to aim for a 7.7xx time :D

I'm fairly sure the Auto Union's "secret" is that you can only drive it in Nurburgring GT mode time trial, and nowhere else, or something like that.

Gosh, low 7.2's , well done 👍

V16 "secret" is notisable mostly in 1/4 mile runs.
Try it out and you'll see what I mean :D
