RERAN BUICK Special '62 - 8.603 ( I know this can do 8.59x :D )
Shelby Series 1 Super Charged '03 - 8.600 ( Faster than above, does 8.67x's without wing )
RERAN Dodge VIPER SRT10 '03 - 8.098 ( Go figure, I got in 8.0's . So close )

Can't he just be banned? 👎 :mad: He has received tons of advice from us, specially moderators, about his poorly written posts and grammar. 36 posts, and all of them suck. Why does he need to be around here anyy longer?

Thats not attitude it's just that i dont respect rj calling me a dick before but im over it . I have also realized that the tcs was the reason why my car kept running so bad but if it was'nt for mafs and a couple of other that kept saying it i would'nt have done it. SO thanks people!!:sly:

If it's calling you a dick as you so politely put it, then no I didn't. All I kept pointing out was your blatant disrespect for the rules in place at GTPlanet. Firstly with daan & Smallhorses telling you what's up about how to behave around GTPlanet, then next with your blatant disregard for the rules and procedures in the TCv5 thread and THEN for your absolute stupidity of quoting the WHOLE FIRST POST of the 1/4 mile thread. I could call you those things if you want me to but I'd end up on the banned list so I won't. ;)

I'm surprised you've lasted this long to tell you the truth. Now, contribute times to the thread or go away and wreck something that ISN'T constructive.
 
Hmmm.....I'll take your word on it RJ. ;) But I won't tolerate BS in the thread, it's a well established fact on here that you stick your times in here, or ask and talk about RELEVANT issues regarding the 1/4. Anything else and you end up in my crosshairs as you all know. :mischievous:

Just to remind everyone, I'm just relocating (this is the last day my net is on) so keep the times coming in and I will do a huge update starting from the previous runs done by Max (very nice 8.0 by the way, only the 2nd ever to do it. 👍 ). I'll still be keeping a float around to check the progress of everyone but won't be doing updates until the net is connected at the new house. 👍

Yes, I've been busy... getting that V-Spec II to do 8.5's took a little longer than expected :D. The S-Tune time is really good, but the R-Tune is rather mediocre in comparison. I'm sure I can get 7's somehow. These times require a slight similarity to my max speed setups (particularly the V-Spec) to do so well. That is the V-Spec that I-Runner used, by the way. I couldn't get close to his time with nitrous though, it requires a slightly different tactic which I'm not giving away.

On a different note, I gave the FTO Tourer (in yellow!) a shot and it's quite quick. I think I hit high 7.5's at one point. I also hit 305.6mph with it, which breaks my previous record by over a mile, hehe. I haven't lost my touch ;)

I have to take a little of both sides here.

Mazdaman, what RJ is trying to get at is that we usually go all out before considering to put up our times, so max power, max nitrous, etc. By not fully modifying it yet, you're only restricting yourself and when you compare the time to the current leaders it's not even in the same league yet and others that view this thread don't care if it's fully modded or not, you're saying by putting up the time "that's the best I can do with the car, and I tried all out with it". That's usually the format we usually run by but the rules are just run what you brung and you were more than entitled to do things this way. :cool: Plus, I don't mind doing updates of cars improving up the ladder. :)

In saying so, RJ....you have to realise that while it's not all out, it IS worthy of a spot in the Top 15 and he has as much right as anyone else on GTP to put up a time that would cement a place in that ladder, regardless of how much slower it was compared to macca's time. Remember, I was running a Land Rover on S2's and got a place in the SUV chart which stayed for quite a while. Would my entry have been any less valid because it's only S2 tyred and restricting myself?? No. Mainly because of the LR's glitch with race tyres but it was fast enough for the chart.

Now play nice or don't play at all. ;)

There isn't usually even 7 different cars in top 15's as people use same cars for their entrys.
Good examples: Race cars top 15 and American Muscle top 15
Lots of Escudos and Cobras/Buick Specials

This is one reason , why I have a list for my records.

Mazdaman , it is a good time to start with.
Keep modifying the car and you'll go faster and get ranked higher in the tuner car top 15 list. 👍

You can add this to the following:
FF: Spoon Civic city
FR: Viper & RX7 land
MR/RR: Lotus 350 town
AWD: GT-R Proto world

That's what it's seeming to shape up to be if you look at the records. :crazy:
 
Just popping in to say I'm uploading videos for all my recent GT-R runs, and my HSR, which, most unlike me, are pretty good quality. Just something that may interest you guys, especially Max who is clueless with the GTR Concept :P. Also, I've improved my Formula GT time to 8.084. Hopefully I can get a tiny bit more out of it...
