Celibacy is just not having sex - though earlier forms of the word (caelibatus, from caelebs) simply meant unmarried.That's not a celibacy (the, more or less, voluntary abstinence), but a born with asexuality.
There are also several species of animal that can reproduce sexually or by parthenogenesis, such as Timema tahoe (a stick insect species with species-wide celibacy for the last million years) and Varanus komodoensis (the Komodo dragon, recorded undergoing parthenogenesis in captivity).
