The rumors are P1s running IN North America, in some type of series not related to USCR. I dont see it as a definite, but do see there is interests from teams in NA who want to run these cars.

Hey, who knows, in the future there could be a P1 class here in the US (USCR) once the money/interest/world economy turns around.
As long as there is a P1 class in existence it wouldn't be out of the question.

I hope Dyson can compete with MM next year when being competitive costs slightly less. I never realized their second Lola machine was a reconfigured P2 car to begin with...or so they said during the Mosport race. Yeah looking forward to next year for at least a couple of reasons
