They have Toyota engines, maybe they could collaborate on a system, or they could buy one. Remember Hope Racing? They had a Flybrid in their car, I guess Rebellion could talk to them.
I guess I just have the fantasy that a privateer team with a budget that is a drop in the bucket compared Audi, Porsche, or Toyota could at least compete with them and challenge for a spot on the podium.
Wait for the R-One, the Lola is a 2013 car, so it's not surprising they're so off the pace. They have Toyota engines, maybe they could collaborate on a system, or they could buy one. Remember Hope Racing? They had a Flybrid in their car, I guess Rebellion could talk to them.

I haven't read much on the R-One other than seeing the pictures and engine but do you think it's going to be any different that the last few years of works vs private?
Which tire is the #8 on?
Audi says noSignificant chance for a podium for Rebellion now.

Why?I imagine Treluyer will be visiting the race directors office later.
Ignoring the marshalls, then spinning around again with a wrecked car, bringing out a safety car,and putting others at risk. Why?
I admire the effort but he did delay the clean up process
Everything he did was within the rules and he didn't ignore the marshalls unless you can shed some light on the convo they had?Ignoring the marshalls, then spinning around again with a wrecked car, bringing out a safety car,and putting others at risk.
