If ya try any of the lines DC uses you get red times, if your even slightly off track anywhere you get a red time...its 🤬 for the gamers side

The seasonal event is up (at least here in Germany). Tires/Tyres are - believe it or not - Comfort Softs.

This event is a bit off... I'd imagine the tyres on the real SLS are around Sports Hards at the least, not Comfort's, let's face it comforts are what Ford put on some crapbox Mondeo whereas sports would be say, Toyo Proxes (that still end up on some crapbox chav car probably), so I think that's off.

I also think the penalties are way way off on this, sorry but a tiny 1 wheel off and my lap's invalidated? Please... I've been running this track since I got GT5 and sorry to say this is a bit harsh...

Plus I can't alter anything at all on the in-race tuning, so the race itself is glitched...

Yeah but GT5 doesn't "simulate" standing starts.

No, imo this is just further confirmation that the stock tyres for most cars in gt5 are far too grippy compared with the real thing.

I was glad to see comfort softs being used.

The lap invalidation system was very harsh indeed, though.

I found this extremely fun! Trying to improve my lap time with my laptop next to me with DC, Martin and Legard was very immersive, and probably one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had with GT5!

My best time was a 17.5
