wikipedia
Dream Theater is an American progressive metal/rock band formed by three students at the Berklee College of Music in the mid-1980s.

Then...

Dream Theater are also noted for their musical versatility and the many different genres their own music incorporates, which has made it possible for them to perform with a very diverse range of acts.

We need Sage.

I always use a plural pronoun to refer to a band, just like we use in Portuguese (not Brazilian Portuguese, though... :P).

I think I've said this before, but everyone should listen to Green Carnation's The Quiet Offspring. 👍

Offspring sucks so I probably wouldn't like it... :indiff:
Erm... read his post again?

And Diabolical, yes we use the singular form here to reffer to a band. I didn't know you used plural form over there. :dopey:

My Chemical Romance, Green Day, and Linkin Park : Not Metal.

'nuff said.

(even though MCR and Green Day Tickle My Fancy.)

My Chemical Romance is Emo... Green Day is Pop-Punk... Linkin Park is Nu-Metal...

For those that don't know, "Nu-Metal" is Hip-Hop and Metal ellements mixed together into an unholy marriage of cheasy lyrics and oversimplified metal riffs...

;)

Wow.

I just picked up DragonForce's "Inhuman Rampage" album (released this year).

It's awesome, comparable to Stratovarius. If you like them, you'll love these.

I thought I was into metal only to find you guys got so much stuff on I've never heard of. The heaviest stuff I listen to is Disturbed, KoRn, Static-X, QueensRyche, Alice in Chains, Iron Maiden( Just recently found dads records ), Systems of a Down and Godsmack. Although I do like Likin Park( own both Hybrid Theory and Meteora ), P.O.D. ( got Satellite and Payable on Death ) and one MCR song.
