This is to everyone; what's your favourite heavy-weapon?

A) Bazooka/Heat-seaker
B) RPG
C) Minigun
D) Flame Thrower

I would pretty much echo Emohawk`s post about the pros and cons of each weapon. The minigun blows crap up quickly, won`t harm Carl like the rocket launchers, and is just plain cool. The minigun rules! 👍
On a related note, I prefer molotovs over the other choices for that particular slot. 💡 The flamethrower isn`t needed if carrying molotovs, IMO.

molotivs are great yes, i use them for killing tanks, i also like sachel charges to blow stuff up in style, but for strategic rampages, its the minigun/molotive/m4 combo.

The simplest answer would be to shoot anything that moves, however I think you won't get to 6 stars until the second island is opened. At least I think that's how it goes, there might be a mission involved in "unlocking" the 6th star too. Haven't played VC in ages.

I've gotten to 5 stars before using the Rhino tank. It's partially indestructable.

I've been boating around from the cops jumping from Squalo to Squalo with 5 stars now for about an hour. . .I've had some pretty close calls. Kind of fun too, I have a gang member stuck on the side shooting them. Hehehe.

I bought the GTA trilogy for X-Box the other day so I'm having some fun with Vice City. I love the story line.

"Sir yes Sir" is for Cortez.....


I'm reasonably certain.... that either "Guardian angels" for Cortez or "Phenm Penh 86" for Diaz unlocks you being able to get 5 stars (I forget which) and "Rub Out" unlocks you being able to get 6 stars.

The news chopper became lodged in the bridge, and I got on top of Jizzy`s club to investigate. I wanted to see if it might be possible to jack it, but couldn`t. So Carl beat it to death with a shovel.


It exploded forever, but took some armor with it.

He gets off on getting banned.
It's "fun with pushing the rules". It's a statue (Michelangelo's 'David', isn't it?), so it's art, so it should be okay. BUT, it's also a wang, which isn't.
I say since he's intentionally cropped the picture so it's just a picture of a wang, it invalidates the artistic merit arguement and is in violation of the EULA. Or whatever they call that thing.
Up to a mod to decide, anyway.

Interesting event with the helicopter. I see planes crash into things all the time, but none of them have ever got stuck before.
I guess when someone plays as much as you do, they're bound to see lots of wierd stuff like that.

I personally don`t feel he needs to be banned, but it`s up to a mod like you said. It`s one of those deals that kinda makes you laugh & feel disgusted at the same time .

Has anyone got a quick way on how to get on the tram in SF. I try to get on by using the ambulance and wait for the tram come and then i try to jump on it.
My method takes too long. Do any of you have an easier, quicker or even a more interesting way to get on??

You don't have to wait for it to come around, you can race around the track untill you find one and just park on the track a block or two ahead.
You don't have to use an ambulance, either. CJ will grab onto the edge of the tram if you just jump from any normal car (and it's easier to hop on top of those then the ambulance).
A more interesting way would be to jump on from somewhere with a bike, or parachute on. I don't imagine anything is easier though. They don't ever stop, and there's no structures they pass under that would be easy to jump from.

I remember there was a thread with all GTA SA cheats on i think Jimmy Enslashay made. I printed them out a while ago but theres on cheat i want that i cant find on the sheet.
Is there a 'no traffic cheat' on GTA SA? if so can someone give it to me?

From my own cheat sheet:
X down up R2 down triangle L1 triangle left

It's not 'no traffic' it's just 'hardly any traffic (and sparse peds)'. If you take the highway from LV to SF, for example, you'll see maybe 6 cars.
And be extra carefull about wrecking in the middle of nowhere, it's a looong walk out.

Meanwhile, the upgrade to GTP8 has meant that the pictures in the record book now have a different background colour to the body of the post.
