Love the middle one, antihero.

Some nice shots you have there as well, Mustang-man. 👍

This was my entry to the week 25 competition. =D

My entry for Week 25 is currently in post-production. Just a border and stuff, but PSP completely trashed it, so I have to re-do it from the RAW file, and I can't face it at the moment.

Woo, here's some stuff from Sarasota, Florida. I'm only truly pleased with #2. :(

So what do you guys think?

While it's nothing special to look at, the image is an experiment with high dynamic range (HDR) imaging. I took the photo at 5 exposures and averaged them out. This technique allowed for the full details of the information on the monitor and more detail on the glint from my speakers (fast exposure shot) while keeping everything else at the right exposure (high exposure shots). I'll play around with this properly sometime next week

The shots vary from -2EV to +2EV with the middle one being 0EV. You can see the difference it makes over the camera's default setting (0ev)

Dammit... I miss my kittens. God I love cats, those are cute as hell.

I was trying to do something different (yes I was sober when creating these).

Some really awesome pictures here!

My favourite is the 350z one by .star., although i love all of them :D

THat 2nd one is awesome AH, how'd you get that effect?

And speedy - those kittens are just adorable :D

Alot of damn photoshopping. There's a few colour layers, a grainy texture I overlayed and some grunge brushes. Glad you like.

ITR: Nice work with those. I liked the colours and the cropping. 👍

.star.: I'm jealous. Those roads seem perfect for a bit of action, not to mention the cars...

emad: That could come in handy. Exposure is always hard to deal with.
But what's "high dynamic range imaging"? I didn't get it. It's what the technique is called, is it a software...?

antihero: So many UFO's...!
The last one is really cool. 👍

@speedy, love the cat's. (laugh now, I am a cat person)

@antihero, I like the second image. The old texture makes that image look like it was some factory from the early 1900's. Now you just need to make the smoke a little darker.

It's possible to use photoshop, but I'm not sure how to make it work to this effect. I used a program dedicated to combining the images and getting the lighting right, but I don't remember the name (studying induced insomnia = very poor short term memory). I'll check it when I get home

New stuff taken this weekend.

Yes photoshop CS2 has an option under automation for HDR merging :)

I haven't posted in here in awhile, but I felt now was a good time.

Now a bit of a reminder, these on taken with a 35mm SLR. Then the film is developed, and prints are made by me at my schools lab. Therefore, these are scanned shots. Resulting in low quality.

Other then that, hope you enjoy.

Subject was my newest nephew, Adian.

Here is mom (my little sister) and baby.
