Are you serious, karsten? The color palette is amazing. Looks much more life like and not as saturated as GT6.

must be my monitor at work then. it looked uber saturated too bright aseptic and fake.

ben to many racetracks and in my opinioni they are wsy blander than what manybpeople thinks.

Especially the greens look pretty good to me. And I like that rather dirty palette (I liked that about Shift2) that I was always missing in GT.

I hate to be the person who asks for a video, but I'm dying to see all of the pre-made liveries for each of the currently drivable GT3 cars. I've looked for one but the only thing I've come across is over a year old and didn't really show anything I was looking for. If anyone were to make a short video showing them, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think the leaves on the track effect looks like something that was done very early on in development & hasn't been changed since. They do look very odd & out of place with the surroundings, & dare I say ugly too. Hopefully they'll get a make over at some point, but it's hardly a number 1 priority in my book.

I was pretty sceptical about all this Oculus Rift thing last year because it looks totaly stupid for others when you play and look around. But dude this "inside the game" feeling must be freaking awesome I guess. In racing games as well as in shooters it must be mindblowing! Cant wait for this, even though I only want to play when nobody´s at home

I dont know if it is the german mentalitiy or whatever but in the german Gran Turismo Forum gtrp.de the Project Cars bashing is on. They say that it is nothing more then Shift 3, ****** physics and so on... And they mean Rene gets paid from SMS to play and post videos... I dont like that mentality and am happy that here on GTP people are pretty confident about Project Cars.

Looks amazing! Does anybody know what can trigger a puncture?

Too aggressive on the curbs? Driving over debris? Random?

Are tyre 'blowouts' also going to be included, or just a slow puncture?

I can imagine a tyre blowing out and watching the replay back to see the rubber being ripped from the rim and my virtual self trying to wrestle the car to a safe stop, leaving a trail of hot rubber on the track and the windscreen of the driver behind me!

This game looks better day by day!

It's not limited to the German mentality, there's a lot of Project Cars bashing in many forums, probably fanbois of other sims. Seems a bit shortsighted to me to be bashing this title and trying to damage it's perception amongst fans of racing sims, as it's still in development. Unfortunately trolls/fanbois etc. are just a feature of forums these days. I'll make up my mind when the title is released, but I'm really hoping that Project Cars does deliver, it's certainly looking very promising.

I'm sure they have proof of that, right? Yeah, thought not.

As for the notion it's Shift 3, well again people with their own eyes should be able to watch any videos, Rene Rast or otherwise, to see that's not the case and these people are not to be taken seriously.
