Great but hand animation is still wrong.

Those rockets have some crazy grip and speed. It looks almost fake when it's real. Come on November.

When you look at 1:11 I guess you can see that Alonso drives also with 1 hand.

Since when do you watch F1? Loews hairpin is an absolut exception in F1. And as you can see he does not cross one's hand like in the Project cars animation at least. This is definitely completely wrong. Everybody knows this.

And i'll be the one who says this: Who gives? One handed driving exsists plain and simple. It's still a video game, everything isn't going to be perfect. If that is the only thing you can pick out that is wrong in pCARS then damn, this is going to be a fantastic game.

Is it possible for you guys to make videos on the career section of the game (like going in depth in the career mode menus and seeing all of the races available). It just seems like a very hush hush part of the game (possible WMD rules/restrictions?) or are people just not interested in posting career mode videos?

Me too. The reason I asked was the Gran Turismo ones which are mid engine and so much fun. Having driven the RenaultSport Clio that I assume it's based on I'm sure it will be great.

There's no thread for sound, so I suppose I'll post here.

Been watching a few vids on Youtube, and I'm not at all impressed with the engine sounds. They sound too forced and synthesized. Not at all realistic.

@TheCrazySwede Have you had a look? Thoughts?

I've, personally, driven many race cars. Our current car is a Porsche GT3 Cup Car. I agree with Speedster. I've said it before and I'll say it again, pCars' sounds are way too choppy and synthesized. They sound un-finished and un-polished. Sounds like a room full of floppy disks -


Now compare the floppy disk version to the real song. That, to me, is the difference between pCars and the real cars.

Swede, could you get in a bit more detail about what exactly sounds off to you? And do you happen to have a good video of close to real sounds?

Your feedback is worthwhile, since you have knowledge and experience, the floppy disc talk isnt, though.
