Nothing from E3 about Vita. Sony are you bonkers. What about your loyal day one purchasers.

I expected something. Oh well next e3 I suppose.

I was disappointed, hoping for more including Plus coming to Vita but I wouldn't say nothing. AC III: Liberation looked and souns awesome, Battle Royale was confirmed, Black Ops spinoff was announced. I almost feel like they pulled something or an announcement at the last minute and that is why we got 20 minutes of Wonderbook which sounds like it has potential for a younger audience but wasn't really explained well or impressive in it's demo.

Well Sony announced a few goodies for the PS VITA. Such as a new AC title + bundle with a crystal white PS VITA, Youtube (Sweet), PS1 titles-compatible and some cross-play games like the Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale, which I don't like.
 
Don't forget TGS in September guys. That was always more Sony's place to announce awesome stuff (well at least I hope).

But generally speaking, I expected 2012 to be kind of slow (but not for the vita) after the more than busy and awesome 2011.
 
1 or 2 days untill I get Gravity Rush. Can't wait to play to full game. Demo was really nice.

I also tried the Resistance demo. Thought it was not worth the (full price) money. 50 euro is too musch for such a game.
 
This thing needs a turn based strategy title for me to pull the trigger.

Advance wars on DS is superb. The game that just keeps giving. Map editor, 4 way play amazing.

You could even set up an online game based on how they play chess long distance.
Imagine firing up the game when in the toilet and a notification pops up that your buddy had made his move. Asynchrous play I think it's called, the new buzz word.

Ive been looking out for titles like this which suit this medium. Great little war game is coming out. Not sure when. After spending 69p on my iPhone for it I'm hoping it's either cheap or has some unique features. Great game though.

If I want to play console like titles I'm going to drop the money on console versions I'm afraid.

Get with it Sony.
 
I hope the Vita will not ONLY get small 69p games. It's OK to have it, but I like to see the more Geared to Vita games.

Gravity Rush is one of them.

Killzone for Vita has been shown, also good.

Metro City Rampage, will be available on everything, should be good fun.

Sine Mora, a sidescroller that was launched on xbox live. That looks good too.

And of course Zen pinball 2. It's will be a free upgrade from the first one if you bought that one. Obviously you will need to pay for new tables. Both on ps3 and vita :)

Now if they announce GTvita on the TGS :D

Let's hope, surely a simply updated port of Gtpsp would be already a great gift. It already plays good on the vita, now a tad more resolution and textures and it would be perfect

I must be getting old. None of them do anything for me.

As for GT vita. I can't exactly use my G27 eh. I don't do thumbs tick driving.
 
I am 40. That is old when you play games, but still I can really enjoy good developed games any day.
 
Guys, not sure if anyone has noticed this. but have they fixed the problem where when you are trying to go online on a game, it has to take time to sign into PSN? really? I mean we are already logged on so why does it need to load? It should be an option on settings to stay signed in imo.
 
Question to vita owners.

If your stuck for memory space it's not ideal but any software can be deleted and re installed from the vita store as PSN remembers your purchases.

All well and good.

Question is, when deleting and reinstalling do you lose any progress. I'm guessing you do but I haven't a clue.

Any one know?

Yes you do lose your progress.

If you have a ps3 then move the particular game (the save data is included) to the ps3. You can move it to the Vita at any time you wish.

Rainbow moon releases soon on PSN.
A tactics based RPG.
Sony have said they may bring it over to Vita.

A 50 h+ game would fit well on this platform.
With Fire emblem 3ds not coming till next year I think Sony would miss a trick not to bring it out.

As all ways though the publisher gets to say where it's released. As a PS exclusive they will want it going out to the highest install base. Mainly PS3.

I'm not a techy guy but is it just a case of porting to Vita or is there more involved?
 
Not sure about the porting. But Studio Liverpool took quite some time to port Wipeout HD/Fury to the Vita. They are blessed for doing that. If you own WO2048 and if you purchased the PSN version of WO HD/Fury on your ps3, then you can get the DLC for the Vita free of charge.

Gravity Rush is also a truly amazing game. It gets no way as much attention as it deservers.
