I'm by no means a bike person so this may sound biased but bikes are only good for taking you and possibly a passenger around. Say you buy a TV, how do you get it home? you're stuffed.

Yeah man, I would probably end up killing myself if I took my Civic up there

You should ALL bring your various cars/bikes. We could head over to a little 'track' I know for some time trials Top Gear style! Pagey wins practicality, Ellis wins in town driving, I win at doing involuntary 360's and Etid wins at erm......hang on.......erm.....

Maybe this time next year Brett, I haven't quite got the money for a big bike atm. However, I'm taking my restricted licence test in December so I'll be able to ride bigger bikes.

I'm planning on getting a Kawasaki ER5, 500cc and a good rider. Not too expensive either.

That bike is a good starter to learn how to ride properly and not too fast so you probably wont end up dead too quickly. Good choice for a first one 👍
