LIKE this if you want to use my ticketing system.

I was thinking we use something like the 3/3 system, but linked with the pursuit priorities. The racer starts with 0/3 and once they hit 3/3 or higher, they're out. Here's the "key":

Priority 1 (basically all units needed, SWAT team too probably): add 3.
Priority 2 (some cops in the chase, pursuit is getting a bit crazy): add 2.
Priority 3 (traffic stop for minor violation or a very quick chase): add 1.

And if the cops lose visual of the racer for 2 minutes, the racer does not have any fines added for the pursuit they have evaded.

I was in the Panamera/918
@Cowboy in the Challenger R/T
@AudiMan2011 in the Bentley Continental SS
@ZDUPH in the Subaru WRX STI

Should've had my GT-R video done by now, but my PC's been acting up. Should have both it and the Camaro video up by tomorrow

Another idea I had was a Busted countdown, like in NFS Most Wanted or The Crew. If surrounded, you have 10 seconds to squeeze, smash, or shove through the cops. After 10 seconds, the racer is confirmed busted. An officer with a headset will count down from 10 to 1, and finally "BUSTED!"

Actual Chase starts at 3:35

I'll try to get the Camaro video up today

So...how about that Hot Wheels expansion? That Hilux and the Wrangler Trailcat could make for some fantastic police / racer vehicles.
I'm totally making a Hilux Rhino unit.

I do wonder whether or not the Hot Wheels vehicles will be considered road legal.

IMO, I think the only one that would fit the bill of being 'road legal' is the Mustang, but that's because of the fact it's based off a production road car, albeit just barely.

I'm thinking the Valiant Charger could be an interesting choice for a classic police vehicle, especially as Valiant Chargers were actually used as highway patrol units by Australian police forces.

The Hot Wheels originals are in a gray area for eligibility, may need to hold a discussion on them.

The Zenvo ST1 will likely be in S2 class, so we can disregard that.

The Pagani Zonda R is definitely illegal, seeing as it is a track car.

The Jeep Trailcat and Arctic Trucks Hilux could make for good offroad pursuit units, depending on performance.

I'm guessing the Hilux is going to be low to mid C class, and the Trailcat is going to be low to high B.

I'd say allow the Hotwheels cars. There exists road legal versions of all of the cars.
Oh, and I am definitely making a Jeep Trailcat Rhino Unit.

I don't, but I may pick up the expansion pass soon

May I also propose that Rhino/SWAT units be defined by weight instead of Car type?

I think Rhino units should be anything weighing more than 5000lbs

This still allows:
Bentley Bentayga
Bentley Continental GT Speed
Bentley Continental Supersports
BMW X5M
BMW X6M
Cadillac Escalade
Ford F-150 Raptor '11
Ford F-150 Raptor '17
Ford F-150 Shelby Raptor
GMC Vandura
Lamborghini LM002
Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT
Mercedes G65 AMG
Range Rover Sport SVR
Range Rover Supercharged
Rolls Royce Dawn
Rolls Royce Wraith

I think SWAT units should be anything over 6500lbs

This includes
Hummer H1 Alpha
Nissan Titan Warrior
Terradyne Ghurka

Club Changes
  • Officially added Rhino class to the Police page.
  • Removed Interceptor class and merged it with the Cruiser class.
  • Updated the "Catching the crooks" section on the police page to include our new impound system.
  • Removed section about Fines.
  • Removed section about dispatcher.
  • Added section about drones along with all its rules.
  • Updated Northern Plains to prohibit off-roading.
  • Altered a rule to include eating food:
    • Mute your microphone when you are away or eating.
  • Altered the rule about head-on hits:
    • Police cannot use head-on hits to take down racers unless they are in a Rhino.
  • Altered the rule about what is considered a wreck to mention roadblocks:
    • A car is considered wrecked when it hits a roadblock, civilian, static object (wall, barrier, etc), at 75 mph (100 mph for an SUV or pickup) or higher or rolling/flipping over. Small shunts/nudges are OK.
  • Removed some repetitive rules.
  • Added a few cosmetic changes to the website.

Double Post, but I had an idea for a Most Wanted scenario. Problem is, it involves a race car of a sort. However, it's how the race car is modified that's what makes it questionable as to whether or not this scenario can actually work. I'll admit, I was inspired by GTA for this one.
SMALL TOWN SHAKEDOWN
Coober Pedy. A small run-down town home to some of the quietest and peaceful folk around. That quietness is about to change, as their local bank becomes the site for an armed robbery. However, this isn't an average robbery, especially when the money stolen belongs to the Boss of the Horizon Festival, and the getaway vehicle is a heavily modified Subaru Impreza fitted with armor-plating and bulletproof glass. Just who is this criminal? Who knows. The police will have to utilize every trick in the book to bring this roadtrain to a halt.

Oh, and watch out for that pushbar.

As mentioned above, the vehicle is the 2016 Subaru Impreza VT15R Rally Car. Pick either the #199 or the #75. It doesn't matter. The vehicle must keep the stock engine (NO V8 SWAP), albeit fully maxed out. Tires must be upgraded to 255s on the front and back, racing brakes and driveshaft must be installed, and the rims must be the 'ADV.1 ADV06 TRACK SPEC CS' rims inched up to 18" on front and back. Push bar is optional, but it's highly recommended. The vehicle's final PI rating should be around the S1 880 range. Mine is S1 883. And obviously, as pictured, the vehicle must be blacked out with matte black paint. Window Tint is optional. Tuning is up to the user. Tune wisely, as the route is long and challenging.

Cops can drive S1 cars and low S2 cars (PI limit for S2 will be 920). Rhino units are recommended, as the Impreza will be tough to stop. Speaking of which, due to the armor plating, the Impreza will be considered an SUV, meaning it can withstand up to 100MPH collisions.

And now for the route. You'll be starting at the Coober Pedy 1st Bank.

And making it all the way to the Rugby arena in Byron Bay, where a Chinook cargo heli fitted with a magnet will be meeting you.

Again, this scenario may not happen unless approval is given by @Ameer67, hence the lack of a date for the event.

It's fine with me since this is just a one-off event. I like the idea. 👍 Tomorrow would be the best for me since I'm out for the count on Sunday.

And I can't make it tomorrow, thanks to work. Ugh...well we can postpone the idea until next week if you want.

We could do that and maybe tomorrow we'll do a regular Open Patrol? Hopefully I'll be available next Sunday because it's your idea, so I wouldn't want you to be excluded.
