7/10, very good angle, but bad exposition.

DavidtheGT20, 4/10 nothing good, but nothing bad.

David... you must rate the photo/photos of the person that posted before you for you to receive a rating...( in this case it's rating Mad Moss and his Art Morrison 'vette).. otherwise your pics will be overlooked

I fixed it

6/10 - It would have really helped if the shot wasnt so centered and you gave the camera some angle and off-center it and wouldve looked better if the shot was taken away from the sun on that track

Very nice, clean photo. I like the sense of depth you get from the background. The long straight fading into the distance. Albeit since the sky is very white due to overexposure and the also the car is white the overall picture is a little bland. Maybe if the car was a darker silver it would have contrasted the sky more. Overall I give it a 7,5/10. :)

Ok... Bring it on! :dopey:

That's a really aggressive car and picture as well.
I find the choice of using a dark setback really cool and appropriate.
Also interesting it's effect of "curving" the shape of the car (for a better explanation please scroll through the guide in the photomode forum :dopey: )

Here's mine. All taken during online races.

None are really outstanding..The first shot could definitely be more zoomed(5/10) I like the idea of the second shot(I would like it even more from a lower angle.. 5.5/10..the third shot is more zoomed in than the first but the angle doesn't do it for me and it doesn't give me that sense of speed since the background is so in focus(5.5/10). .. last shot is probably the best.. perhaps a lower exposure.. (6/10) as a set I give it a 5/10.. I really liked the LFA shots that you posted in the realistic thread

I really like the angle of the shot,I also like the movement of the car without it blurring and the background is nice 8/10

4.8/10

It's not bad, but it's hard to get a pic with particle color to look good. The angle doesn't seem to work. It's a little bland IMO. The car is focused well, but the train is blurry. Not sure how to resolve that, but it kills the picture. It's not bad for starting out.

I am not starting out and the train is purposefully blurted for effect.8/10 cool realistic like shots at the ring and its partial not particle here's some more partial color

sorry I guess I didn't get that one photo. The RUFs and the Delta look a lot better. Too lazy to rate and post a pic.

First shot: 3/10. I personally have not ever found a partial colour drift photo I like. The reason is that the background appears dull while the car(s) look badly rendered. The composition just isn't exciting. Also, the angle is very boring, 5-10 degrees of tilt would help.
Second photo: 5/10. Again, I personally don't like the partial colour filter, but it works better in photo travel. it could be a good shot if the car wasn't cut off, and a great shot if the focal length a bit shorter, the car not cut off, and the black and white filter used.

Sorry if I was a bit too critical, but they're just not my cup of tea.

Here are a few of mine:

Since I'm lazy I only chose one of your photos to rate.

Overall this is a very nice photo. it's got good lighting, good colors, contrast etc. so I'm gonna nitpick a little here. ;)
The thing that bothers me a little here would be the somewhat tight space between the cars nose and the edges of the photo, a bit more "air" at the bottom of the shot and it would give it an even more dramatic feel. I give it a 9/10. 👍

Ok.. Hit me! :scared:

i really like them all, used the lighting very well 1st and second 8/10, the 3rd one i find my eye drawn to the pink viper and not paying attention to the foreground, still great tho 7/10

First real time playing around with the photo mode on GT5

The subject of the photo is well done and has a good selection of foreground colors, this photo however is lacking the interesting background a photo needs. (only reason you would have a background is if its quite an artistic unusual photo, which this isnt.

Overall I would give this photo about 4/10
