I have a shot that I'm looking for some critique on. Does this qualify as realistic? I'm trying to learn the "eye" for making great photos, as I've never really played around with photography. I'm too impressed by some of the ones I'm seeing to not have a go at it!

Here are a few of mine:

i choose a track/car that i want and i do some runs with the bumper cam

once i finish some laps i go into replay and when i get to one of the turns where i remember my car backfires i pause slightly before i start braking

i then SUPER SPAM my start button (pause/unpause) until i finally get the backfire

that's the best way i can really explain how to get a good backfire picture

yea yea I get that bit but for some reason my camera won't capture the flame..it's pass at a huge flame but when i take it there's nothing if i turn shutter as to 60 and lower my focus, it becomes a complete blur but you can see some of it...just wondering what settings you are using
