Wow! Phenomenal. When it comes to this, i feel like i have nothing more to post lol.

How do you edit like this? Ive tried downloading different water brushes, splash brushes, droplet brushes and everything, but it never looks the same as this.
How you do? I need to know so i can start experiment with my own photos!

Try to use textures with raindrops and try to experiment with blending modes.
