hi just thought ill let you know im running any where between low 1.29-1.31's and

Consistent low 1:29s is a fast pace especially if you can make your tires last. Being smooth is the way to go or you'll drop thru the field like a stone the last few laps before pitting.

OK, here are the current standings going into round 7...
Scale got a bonus of 7 points to recompensate for an incident after a review. Will got 7 points to make up for another disconnection.

OMG, 4 drivers within 6 points and 3 of them within 1 point 
I'll try not to interfere at all (if possible) with the candidates' driving, there's definitely lots of pressure to be had here.
As a recommendation, leave out all bonus points from the last round, so that the champion would strictly be decided by race results only.

I got dc right at the end of qualifying wilst in second place and had to start last. Surely I should also get a bonus then? Lol

Mediocre session with 1'31.0 being the best time, once again don't understand the pace of the others, but speed is of no essence here so I'm just trying to keep clear of the walls and make the laptimes consistent.
Also, I (still) don't consider myself struggling (as a reply to the unusual post in the TOCA thread), rather 'driving at my own pace' or something like that...

If you keep bumping the barriers to much during quali then the game doesnt count the lap as official. Just warning all the guys for tonight so that there are no unhappy customers after quali. So you`re doing the right thing Carbon:tup:

Lap 11, 1st corner. Think you know the one
I would love to be able to do something to compensate for quali dq's but we all know that grid position seems impossible to understand properly. You may have been 2nd on your screen but you could have been last in another drivers screen... I am open to suggestions on how to handle quali dq's
Regarding quali laps that the game will not allow: I went to free run in the practice session last night and did a few test and it is definitely true about not counting laps where you hit the barriers too much. Also laps where you jump the kerbs too much will not count, so make sure you do a few neat quali laps to be sure you at least get a few 'legal' times.

Hey Homes.... myself and Scale watched the replay and he sent me a message on PSN saying it was cool and it was just a racing incident and he has no problem with it.That's why I asked why he got 7 pts bonus? And with regards to quali, if you bump the wall to much or to hard, go on the grass to much or cut curbs to much during quali, then the lap doesn't count..... and that counts for all the tracks. Thats why the quali order has been so weird lately. The race penalties aren't as harsh as in qualifying. We should check the tracks we r racing on in the practice window on Gt home to see what we can get away with and what we can't. Quali is cool as it is.... we need to be cleaner! Lol

What a race at monaco. I failed to test my setup on long distance racing and could fly for 6 laps and then loose about 4 to 5 sec per lap.
must say I enjoyed the couple of battels with driver canu will homes and they were all clean. ( AND I LOST ALL OF THOSE BATTELS

Fantastic race guys....
Man I struggle to keep focused, mentally challenging to say the least. Scale caught me at the end, was trying to maintain a gap till the end, we rubbed and bumped a bit, but was still awesome.

Yes it was a great race, should have been a bit easier if Wilfred didn't spin me out again!!!!!! Lol He's a joke, I know Driver has had the same problem with him the whole season. I hope something gets done about him now cause he's ruining the fun and the championship for some of us. But it was fun coming thru from 9th to 3rd, but I think I could have had a great dice with Driver and Scale if Wilfred didn't stuff me around. Well done Driver for another great win old chap!! What happened to you Bronzo?

BTW - I think you could have come 3rd or 4th last night. You definitely had the pace but I think you chose a 2 stop stratergy when 1 stop seems to have been the best.

Please Homes..... I have sent you messages, I've sent Wilfred messages, and he is never in the wrong according to him... lol. I've stood up for other drivers with regards to Wilfreds actions, it's been coming a very very long time. If something was done about it I wouldn't have to voice my opinion. If it's such a friendly computer game then why do they give you the option to kick people from your lounge? I'll tell you why..... cause some people just drive badly and the only way to keep a racing group fun and clean, is to kick the bad apples! If any other drivers feel the same then please say something, come on guys, put your money where your mouth is! We all lose our cool sometimes, I've heard you have a go 2 homes so no one is perfect, so for that I'm sorry guys. But come on, let's sort this out..... once and for all.

OK...I have a another complicated suggestion.
This qualifying isn't working out right. We all know that. I have been thinking hard today how we can try and make it work for us.
So hear me out:
Option 1
Lets reward fastest laps from the previous race. The next event starting grid is based on the fastest laps from the race before. All the times can be grabbed from the replay.
Option 2
Homes has tried to reward drivers with the best consistency, lets form the grid based on that. The driver with the best consistency takes pole and so on.
The good thing about the above is that its rewarding, fair, and takes this unpredictable qualifying times out of the situation. Also, drivers will know where they are stating on the grid before the race night, this can alter a drivers approach to the next race, he may change his strategy depending on where he starts. This will add another fantastic race element to an already awesome series.
We can obviously just leave it the way it is, but I am sure you all agree you feel a little let down when you have done a good time, then you get slotted at the back of the grid.
Just my thoughts guys....

agent my teammate 18, PEP guest driver Monza 20, Deep Forest 30, i think i miss about 68 points here.
what happened at cote was on my screen i was 1st in q, then when raced started i was last?? so very difficult race with lowest pp from back of grid.
if i knew i was 10th i would have kept on trying for a better result in q. so once again a bit weird, surely the game should list you according to grid position and not inform me i am 1st if i actually getting 10th.
As far bonus points go i am confused as to why scale get 7 points if someone touches him, but yet he touches everybody in every race while ramming his way to the front.
So i think my season is finished, was fun till now, but i think we are in a championship with a few odd drivers involved.
Have fun guys.

How about a superpole! We can go out 2 drivers on the track at a time, 20sec apart. You do your warm up lap from the pits and 1 flying lap, while everyone else watches from the lounge to check the time and to make sure its legit.We can write down each guys fastest lap and form our own grid. Same for everyone. Fair and will make it very pressured and fun. It won't take any longer than the current quali either.
