The Rolex Sports Car Series- Season 2! Finished! Thanks Everyone!

What should the best tire we use for Season 3 be?

Ant needs to win the last 3 races and cnd to finish in 3rd or more in at least one of them for him to clinch the title. I'm sure Shin would be happy to (totally non-team ordered) move aside for cnd when it's time.

I think the ALMS or Shin's points system would be working wonders here.

Seriously, BTCC = Bash The Competition's Car.

Maybe but when it's not OTT it makes for great racing :). Also you haven't seen Scottish Minis then, they went 4 wide up Knockhills straight and continued it till Duffus where they somehow managed to filter in... Nutters :scared:.

Just going through the in car stuff this is not a view I would like!

Edit: Also yes these are part of the Scottish club racing scene but they were supporting the BTCC in place of the Clio Cup. (You can buy one of these Minis for 8K, with epic bang for your buck so to speak :D)

It's mostly because we've been the only two car team for most of the season.

I think the ALMS or Shin's points system would be working wonders here.

I'm glad someone noticed that points system I posted in the Season 3 thread. :)

I'm stuck at work  You know that hurricane Issac, it has rained a grand total of 10 minutes yesterday and today. I feel very lucky to have dodged a bullet.

We're supposed to get slammed Saturday... The #mattraffrager has been postponed :P

I know! I'll laugh, he had like 30 people taking off work that day :P now it got pushed back a week!

I'm sure the people in Louisiana wish they had my luck. There are people playing golf in 20+ mph winds and every 4 hours or so, it pours for about 30 seconds then stops for another 4 hours.

I remember when there was a tropical storm in Canada. It rained for two weeks straight, but, somehow, there was no flooding. Well, maybe not two weeks (I was like 7 when this happened, and can't remember) but it felt like forever. The rain just never stopped. You mean that in the middle of a hurricane, you can play golf?

Look golf is more addicting than anything else in the world. There were about 10 people who played golf today. The wind was constant 15-20 mph with 25 gusts. Every 4 hours it poured for 30 seconds, but besides that, no rain.

I have no doubts... ITCC pre-monsoon-season was fun.

Anyways, I'm not complaining about golf, this time. I'm complaining about Canadian weather.

A little schedule for this Saturday;

6:30- room opens
6:30-7 qualify, doesn't really make a difference if you set a fast time before a certain time anyways, so just start once you get in :)

7:00-7:05 bathroom break... Seemed like this may have been needed last week too...

7:05 race start.

Since it seems every week someone (it changes) can't get in the room for whatever reason, one room change will be allowed. The problem is usually solved by a simply joining the room sooner.

Agreed, seems like people with connection issues do better the higher they are on the list.

So, me host? Was it AFND who couldn't join the other rooms, yet when I was host, they got in fine? That or Storm like last season :sly:

Yes it was me that missed out on La Sarthe :indiff: I will try and be the first one in the room at exactly 6:30 this time ... y'all come on in about 6:35 if you would 👍 I did double my internet speed today hoping it can make a difference but my NAT Type 3 is probably what gives me the issue. That being said, I haven't had any trouble hardly at all getting into rooms up until that evening. I had been running some of the SNAIL events with 14 people in the room and did that for weeks with no issues whatsoever so I don't have an answer 💡

ANFD connected fine with me on Monday for the Ferrari Challenge. Let's make sure he is within the first 5 to enter the lobby.
