What should the best tire we use for Season 3 be?

Storm was leading on 575. (Now + 100 = 675) Mel was 2nd on 490. (Now + 70 for 4th = 560) Damu was behind Mel not sure by how much I think 10-20 points (Maybe more) so 470-480 + 90 = 560-570. (The 580 part didn't make sence mostly as he woulda needed to earn 120+ points to get to that)

They were equal, or damu was -10. If storm shows up next week- he wins.
 
I am not going to be there this week guys :( I have to work an art auction 👎👎👎 I will be ready for season 3 though
 
Any chance the series moves to a different time? I would prefer a later time. And yes, I do realize that the time you have now is what suits people most or they wouldnt have signed up at all.

Is the championship in GT going to come down to the last race? If so, maybe I can come by and watch if the room isnt full. :)

But the NAEC is still a good race :)
 
That means I have to try though, if you're watching.... I was hoping to just coast my way around for the full race.
 
You can still do that. Just drive slow and show how well you can execute and stay on your racing line. Its all about consistency right? :lol:
 
This is true. At the specs I'm running, I may have to take it easy a little and just work on pumping out continuous lap times and saving tyres. I may even just opt for mediums the whole race, since it's going to be long.
 
I was doing a bit of testing at Laguna, I got a 1:19.355. I probably could've gotten a little better of a time, but I decided to start on some graphics for the season 3 thread!!!
 
It is the last race of the season, so let's try to keep everything clean!

If Cnd really can't make it, Anthony wins that championship.

If storm shows up he wins the championship.

Buuuuuut: the NAEC is still up for grabs in both classes I believe!!

So everyone needs to give each other room, and we'll have fun!

I guess all you young bucks are in school.

Kind of nervous for Tez. Sucks to think that connection issues might be the only thing holding him back. But I think he's only had those issues with us ALMS guys. I'll be cheering for the Dodge this weekend. 👍

School has taken a chunk out of my day... ;)

So now I'm working on little pictures for each track, that's not as easy as it looked...
 
I suspect other things are pulling people's attention away from here. It's not normally this quiet.

I'm rooting for ghskilla to win, becuase then if I can't attend, it doesn't matter where anyone else finishes. :sly: :lol:

If my connection holds out and I get to start the race without DCing, I'll proceed to perform 60+ parade laps. :lol: Nah to be honest, I'm kinda hoping everyone give it one final push. I will be too.

It'd be nice to see Nirv win the final race, given what he's done with the car, and given that IRL he's a friend of mine too.

Ghskilla's performance in recent races has been impressive, so if he ended with a win too that'd be well-received.

I kinda want tbwhhs to pull some magic out of his a** and win, just because it'd be a real buzz and EVERYONE would be so pleased for him.

I kinda want to see Mel take the win here too though, because for whatever reason he's been struggling with the car. I know it's said that the Mazda is OP, massively strong on straights and in draft, and I know I've been playing around with it myself to gauge it's competitiveness, but something about the car at 465 bhp / 1085 kg can't be exactly good for it... In short, everyone's been on his case I feel, including myself, so it'd be good for Mel to end this season on a high.

You guys play high school sports? I used to play a different sport for each season. And I S you not I never went to school and got B's and C's. Half of my classes I had my coaches as my teachers. Then have friends help me out with the homework. Only time I really showed poor grades was basketball season. I was too short to make the team. :(

I remember staying out a whole week because Final Fantasy 7 came out. :lol:

Sorry, this post had nothing to do with the race this weekend. So uhh, what are GT lap times around Laguna Seca?
 
When in doubt about how to get things back on track- ask for lap times!

I've not been to school for years. I used to play a lot of soccer, but never for the school team because they were all proper big-headed jocks with a mutual dislike for me. My form tutor (also the head P.E. coach) bugged me twice a day for two years during morning and afternoon registration, more than that if I had P.E. with him that day.

Anyway... yeah I'm guessing GT times will be in the 1:24's and 1:25's.

I know this saying is thrown around a lot on here. But the car really did seem like it was on rails. And that was with me just watching. Normally from that view, the cars look like they are jumping all over the place.

I wish I had more time to practice during the week though. Much more fun when you have someone pushing you to get your absolute best.
