He says it made it turn better. I don't even know.

Whatever floats his boat!

Everyone excited for Saturday?! I know I am, I just need a few more miles on my old wheel (found a old phone charger that gives me force feedback, weak, but it helps) its more the pedals than anything though.

I must say, we WILL be doing a staggered start for both race start, and restarts (if we have any).

Thank you! Staggered starts help me a LOT, since the Mazda is almost as fast as DPs on straights. Well, it was @ 500 hp.

I can't wait for tomorrow and saturday either. I'm hopeing my teams bring me some podioums or poles.

ghs at Nürb... See what I mean?

Yep. Wanted to make it realistic, but some people can't handle it.

And James, tomorrow there isn't any Rolex, C-tire and Vln.

And Mel, WHY A 2 HOUR RACE FIRST?!

That's not tomorrow. Tomorrow is 12 hours of Le Mans 2005 simulation. It's just to get a handle on DRY performance, and set rules and procedures. Therefore, it's preseason.

:ouch: Not the point: REAL point: EVERY GT CAR BRAKES LATE AND HITS SHIN. True story.

It happened yesterday (Mitch/ghs) & today (you.)

Some people have to get to the turn first. Even if that means missing the turn. I don't get it. But this season you don't have to be fast to win. Monza prove that, I almost won (about 100 meters away) because of a late caution. These will be helpful for people.

And if you see a 2+ car wreck, please type caution...

I'm starting to feel like I'm causing all of this... :guilty:

STOP! You're not. James is, very secretly.

Jokes aside, you bumped me in the last corner, yes, but it was my fault, but only because James and Anthony hurt my tires.

At the 'Ring, it was Mitch's fault.

Let's not get Mitch involved again, let's move on. He left me a fairly nice visitor message today. Let's part on decent terms, let's not change that.

We're doing staggered starts now, anyone need clarification on what that is?

I'm going to test the Mazda and the Ferrari and see how they are compared to my Audi. Then at the weekend I'm going to lose the race and bin it somehow. Fingers crossed.

I'm lost.

It's simple.

I'm going to do some test runs with the Ferrari and Mazda.

Then at Saturday I will enter the race, in my Audi. At lap 47 I'm going to make a mistake at the bus stop which will cost me the race. I will then proceed to fall into last place. After a couple more rage-induced laps I'm going to finish in a relative position of last. Then StormPacer17 will be the GT winner. I've predicted the race. Hail my psychic powers.

"Fingers crossed" means I hope what I predicted is right.

Oh, I don't hope you finish last....

I've actually thought this over. Trust me, I'm going to finish in a low position. Don't try and deny it, either.

SCDP is really looking forward to the race. I predict both cars will be on the podium. That Just Happened

I'll try and deny it. I don't think you'll finish last. There're ten cars, there're nine cars to beat. There's a great chance of beating a number of cars. Also, with cautions, if you DO make a mistake, it's easy to make up for it. That's why I like cautions; I tend to get shoved off of the track, and spin, because no matter what car I'm in, if I touch the grass, I'm done.

Sigh.

Trying to go for the old jinx trick, where if I said it enough, I probably would've had a little luck, which I never get anymore, sadly. Daytona, never had a chance due to uneven specs and it was my 2nd day with my new wheel, Tokyo, bad strategy, Spa, rain killed both my tires and my strategy; was looking for a podium, Rome, faulty caution, Nurburgring GP/F, you know what happened, and in Monza I won in a class of 3. Not really going well for me if this continues into the season. Oh well, to be honest I'm actually looking for a good result, and hopefully we'll have a nice opening battle and not get too lonely mid-way throughout the race. But truth be told I've never done a race longer than an hour and 20 minutes. Fingers crossed for a good result.

Ninja edit - Wow, I feel like I'm complaining too much reading my own post. Don't worry, those were all my fault, and I've learned from my mistakes.

Missed the race today cus it was my kids b-day. So we went to eat. I left the lounge open so people could join. I didn't get the friend requests until a little bit after they were sent. I was busy getting my kid ready. What was everyone's times at Suzuka? I hit the 1:51's at first, was headed for a 1:50 or a 1:49 but Storm was in my way on my hot lap and it got ruined. That caused me to lose about 4 seconds, but it ended up being a 1:53. With the GT's I was in the 2:03s on the first lap with the R8 and the Camaro. No special setup just tinkering with it. The Audi I didn't even have it fully tuned, so I know it can be a good bit faster. 2:01's I think are possible.

No, YOU didn't go to Suzuka. In my lounge the track was Suzuka. I'm asking what people's times were from there.
