I read that the draft is now enabled during qualifying unless you disable collisions. I guess I wouldnt mind, but the draft in GT5 is so unrealistic.

Yup I tested with my Aussie mate on Sarthe he was like "Da ***!?" when we tested in Calsonics after I told him about it. He was adamant there wasn't draft so when we seen there clearly was I rubbed it in

Didn't affect my Toca CR-Z tune still doing 27s around Motegi in it. (But then I kept the ride height close together) If anything I think the nose up rear down gives you more oversteer now. (In FFs atleast)

Do you consider this to be a good or a bad thing? In some ways its realistic, but like I said in my previous post, the draft strength is what is unrealistic.

The main thing that came to my mind was possibly limiting the times you can change tires. Now that tires seemingly last forever from the pictures Paul and Seth have put on here, we can limit the number of times we can change tires. Just something to think about. 💡

Ahh ok...makes sense. Maybe adjusting the laps so we would run out of fuel if we dont pit? But this would be overkill on the shorter tracks.

Well, this sure as hell is a bombshell. May need to respec based on tyre wear let alone grip per car. It has also completely rewritten any ideas I had for a racing series.

What do you mean? I thought the only changes wheel related was the clutch. Unless your saying the wheel is epic cause the clutch is fixed.

The HSV uses a variation of the formula nippon engine from Honda. So it's low torque lets you jump on the throttle early without wheelspin. It's a real drivable car.
