I did think that too. If its this bad now, imagine how it'd be once we start racing!

50 of which are constructive... Which is fine, I'm all for fun discussion, but this is just plain dumb.

Yep.

Remember, this Saturday at 5:30 pm eastern, we're having a 85 lap race at Daytona road course with the season 3 specs! Everyone is welcome, there is a limit of 2 per car though.
 
I think it's over 👍. So are you guys worried about the update in 2 hours mucking up your specs :lol:. (Update will start in 1hour 10 mins and finish an hour after :))

:scared: I have nervous energy about it. I'm hoping it will just modify tire wear instead of changing the car's handling dynamics. I won't complain about the update though. I welcome any attempt to make GT5 better by PD 👍

Or, it's going to have a killer glitch, that will take 2 patches to fix...

Im guessing its a car "pack" that you have to buy? I only want to buy one. I havent even had the chance to really enjoy the other dlc cars. Only cause the series racing has kept me so busy. :)

Good thing they have different setting sheets for each car. My C setting is always stock. I have A as my final tune and then B is for any testing.

The best system for points through to 10 for GT is: 15, 12, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. (Old BTCC system)

For DP: I would go for 10, 7, 5, 3, 2, 1 or 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1.

I don't find points systems where there is 1 point difference down to last work unless it a 20-30+ grid. As for E.g you could win every race for 5 races while the same guy comes 2nd.

The points would be on your system 30 and 25 for DP, 50 and 45 for GT.

Then say for the next race the first place guy DCs and gets 6th place. (Or Last, 10th in GT) While the guy in 2nd wins.

It would be 31 and 31 for DP, 55 (Second place guy) and 51 (First place guy) in GT.

Where as on the points I have suggested it would be: 50 and 35 or 40 for DP, then after the same situation 51 (First place guy) , 45 or 50 (Second place guy). In GT it would be 75 and 60 then after that situation 76 (First place guy and 72 (Second place guy). Where as before the guy in 2nd took the lead in these situations the leader still has a gap in both, which would be deserved for winning 5 races in a row.
