@rennsport27, looking for things to do... thought id comment on here... been playing gt4 and absolutely love the RUFs.... i imagine as u say all the RUFs from Gt4 will be in as standard cars.... and hopefully (fingers crosses) they will add a few newer RUFs like the RT12 and CTR3 as premiums to race against the other supercars like Lambo, Ferrari and mclaren! gees who knows... maybe he has come good on his promises from 2008 that most car makers (incl porsche) will be in GT5.... if so he's done an incredible job of hiding it thus far....

Yea, I loved the RUFs in gt4, and I really hope they'll be premium, but I've got my doubts. Also, I'm really hoping they update the line-up, as it really hasn't been upgraded since gt3, and chances are they will. But, they haven't exactly given RUF a lot of love in the past. So, my guess as of right now is this:

-GT4 line-up included as standard. (I think somewhere it was (semi)confirmed all GT4/GTPSP cars would be included)
-A few new models will show up, maybe two premiums. Probably RT-12, and CTR3 will be included, but I also wouldn't be surprised if they gave us no new RUFs.

Also, I'd hate to kill your buzz, but Porsche will not be included in GT5. Again, don't know exactly where I found that, but its on GTplanet here somewhere, that Kaz confirmed that Porsche will not make an appearance in GT5. Maybe in GT6...

Of course the RUF Yellow Bird will be in. It's standard = transfered from GT4... unfortunately.

The same goes for the CTR3, RGT. BTR2 and the 3400S, they'll be on your garage in standard form, they must be a blast to drive on the new physics engine, specially the YellowBird and BTR2, which were both lovably tail happy cars.

The Ruf CTR3 looks a little like the GT, has more power and is faster.

It's definitely uglier than the Carrera GT, but I think RUF is an awesome name to have included in GT. Don't forget - we will almost certainly not see Gemballa tuned Porsches because that's exactly what they are - tuned Porsches.

That is correct. But some people still don't know that Ruf is an official manufacturer not a tuner.

I used to think that Ruf were a porsche tuning company when I first saw them in GT2, but I quickly found out that Ruf manufacture their own cars. The first time I saw a Ruf that wasn't in a GT game was a Ruf BTR 911 Turbo on Clarkson - At Full Throttle.
