Could be. I don't know, I just prefer the real thing. Either way I'd like to wean off them after I get other issues sorted out.

Thats always the better way.

Unfortunately I have traded one vice for another.

I'm down to 5-7 a week so packs last me longer. Much better than chiefing down 2 packs a night.

I used to be on 50 smokes a day it was hard to transfer to ecigs once done though I was hooked.

Unfortunately I don't want to give this up.

My first enjoyable experience with tobacco was with these strange Indian cigarettes. A mate introduced me to them, and we used to wax lyrical about how each one was unique - hand-rolled by Indian maidens. A running joke was to try guess the age and beauty of the roller by the flavour. Most we figured were by elderly women - but every so often you'd have a sweet one that we were certain had been rolled by a gorgeous virgin princess. Cool thing for enviro's like me is that they just look like a rolled up leaf when you toss the butt - probably because they are!

I moved to another country and lost contact with my mate, so I started chuffing these bad boys. Probably because of MotoGP; and because they're toasted.

Graduated to RYO soon after because its cheaper, and smoulders less which means fresher smelling clothing. I fell in love with this shag because of the sweet aroma that I can only describe as fresh raisins.

My mainstay to this day however is additive-free tobacco. No craving, no coughing, and strong as hell.

Last year I tried nasal snuff because I'd heard the nicotine hit was second to none. Phew, it sure is. Takes a while to get the technique down, but its amazing. Great for pubs and restaurants too. Notice the more subdued health warning, this is why. My three favourites:

I've been meaning to try some snuff myself but the quality of the Chinese stuff is poor and the imported gear is really expensive.

New shipment of cigars today. Henry Clay A La Conserva (they sent the wrong ones, should have been the Breva Fina), Sancho Panza Caballero, El Rey Del Mundo Reserva Salado, TTT Trinidad Toro and Consuegra Governor #16.

That's a nice stash of smokes. 👍

So far so good! The El Rey Del Mundo Reserva Salado was excellent! Earthy, with leather and excellent aged tobacco taste. Strong, too. Half way point it started to have strong, black coffee flavors. Smooth the whole way through. A friend suggested I try them. I'll be buying more in the future!

I've started smoking again recently, the stress of everything has been getting to me. I can't believe how much I've missed it.

New cigar order today: Sancho Panza Extra Feurte Barcelona, Sancho Panza Matadors, Sancho Panza Aragon x 2, Sancho Panza Toledo (Gordo), 8 Cigar Sampler x 2 and a 5 cigar travel humidor.

A new order of cigars arrived on Friday. So good, I love both these cigars! Flor De A. Allones Regordos and Sancho Panza Matadors.

I keep trying to quit and keep failing at it. I stared smoking when I worked in Real Estate a few years back. I started with Hookah and then went to cigars and then to cigarettes. I genuinely like the taste of tobacco, so it's hard for me to quit.

I still smoke a few cigars here and there, mostly Don pepin Garcia blue labels. Such a good smoke. :)

Hey Solid, how are the Sancho Panzas? You seem to really like them.

Sancho Panzas (brown ring) are my current favorite! They are excellent. Very peppery, earthy and meaty flavors which I love so much. Smooth and very complex, too. Never harsh at all and you'll taste a lot of different flavors depending how far you're into the cigar. Wood, leather, black coffee and some spice as well from time to time. I rate them very highly!

It's a medium bodied cigar, which is why I bought the Extra Feurtes (Extra Strong, red ring). They're a full bodied cigar, but not as good. Still, good though, but I have other full bodied cigars I like better, like the Flor De A. Allones in the pic above.

You should try a 5-pack of SP's. Cheap and very tasty. I don't like the Double Maduro (gold ring) ones, though. Too sickly-sweet for me. I don't care for overly sweet cigars. I like them dry, earthy, peppery, meaty and salty. Henry Clay's (Dominican ones) are my favorite, too. But, they can be a bit harsh at times. It's a gentle puffing cigar or it will overpower your palate with harshness and bitterness. But, all cigars will be like that if you 'hot-box it."

Oh, the Sanch Panza Matadors are EXCELLENT, too. Don't taste the same as the SP cigars, but they are super good for a fast, quick smoke. Not as smooth as the cigars, but that's small cigarillos for you. Strong suckers, too!

I've never had a Don Pepin Garcia Blue, but I want to try one. I heard they were very good.

Cool. Thanks. :) I'll have to get some.

Don Pepin blue labels are great. They're a nice medium bodied, peppery smoke.

In Kosovo, lots of people smoke. The males smoke a looooot. Even my aunt smokes usually. I don't want to ruin my lungs, though. We Albanians come from a long line of smokers. Most of the cigarettes I see are Marlboro.

In China, where I live, it's like this. It's uncommon not to smoke, especially for older men.

Maternity ward? Hurrah, new kid! Let's smoke!

Long distance bus? Boring, let's smoke. The whole way.

Taxi stuck in traffic? Stressful, let's smoke.

Marlboros are what I started on but I see those, Old Golds (think thats what athey are called), Newports and Senecas the most.

Mostly Seneca's though.

I was literally talking about that with cutters choice on Friday with some mates at college on how it smells like raisins. I'm myself cutting down (my parents think I have quit), however smokings just to damn nice. :( , Amber leaf is my personal favourite though, ;)

I started smoking when I was 16. And unlike alot of the people around me at the time, didn't start off trying to make a fashion statement or anything. It was 12th grade, and I was going through a bit of stress at the time. A bad break up, and was doing horrible at academics, my parents were cross with me for a while, school was trash, breathing down my neck all the time. I would drink occasionally, but that's the time when I started drinking heavy.
And then one night I couldn't take it, sent my friend ( who was a smoker) a message asking him to get me a packet of cigarettes and that I would pay him. I mustered the courage to walk out into my backyard at night when everyone was asleep, and light my first cigarette. I didn't even know how to smoke, just looked it up on "ehow' . Funny I know. And I loved it.

Then I was through 12th, with flying colours! And now I'm doing my undergraduate degree in engineering. I'm a regular smoker, but I never go overboard. I mean yea, i smoke around 6 a day maximum, which isn't as bad a pack I guess.

I love taking cigarette breaks in college. Go out alone, music in my ears, a cold pepsi on a hot day and a smoke, alone. Helps me get away from everybody and everything.

And when I study, or under a lot of mental pressure, thats when I find a smoke helps.

Plus I work out daily, so I guess i'm slowing my inevitable death that everyone seems to warn you about

I used to smoke marlboro Reds, around 10-12 a day. Found it was giving me chest discomforts, since I wouldn't eat, wouldn't work out, was depressed a bit at the time. Switched to benson & hedges gold blue's now, and continue to enjoy my smoke when I need it :)

My three main smokes of the day: After lunch, after a hot cup of strong tea, and after dinner.

I have a vape and a medical "mary jane" card(I live right by Hollywood... it only makes sense...)
I do take the occasional cigarette and swisher every now and then but the portable vape has been doing its job.

I've never smoked myself, but when I was a kid my dad used to smoke Benson & Hedges and I liked the smell of them. He gave up around 10 years ago after an asthma attack.

I sometimes take a pack of cigarettes from my friends and smell them in the pack as I've always liked it, either Lamberts or Marlboros are my favourite. Weird I know.

Iv been smoking weed for 13 years and still love it :). There isn't any better combination than weed and ps3 pure bliss.

Search the thread for my posts. Also, what flavor profile do you like? I could recommend you some.

Just got a new order of Sancho Panza Matadors. 200 of them, actually. :)

I lean towards the darker flavors and profiles, the lighter ones just seem one sided in both departments for me (at least the ones I have tried). I'm up to try anything though, as ypu never know what might strike you're fancy.
