Ya know what really grinds my gears....is this, when you buy or WIN or a new car of any sorts, used or NEW, the game decides to dump it into the random list far far down the line of cars you have on your garage, so I'm scrolling....missing.....scrolling over 50-100 cars to find it.

I can understand some may say just organise by name or manufacturers, but have a temp new car garage for yourself, liek a sub menu or little intro play where you walk to the garage and see the new car in a barn maybe like GT cafe?

Thank could work and be much more helpful!

Just sort by date acquired!

“To try and cover all of their demands and needs is very difficult, actually,”

No, wrong. Its actually totally easy. Its the easiest thing in the world. He doesnt even need to be creative.

Since how many decades people demand current german cars? And what do we get? Still old Audi R8's.

People want all kinds of wheels. What do we get? The same old wheels we had in GT5. DLC? No its impossible for Kaz.

What about drifting? We had 7 GT Games and not even one had a drift track. How embarrassing is that? But we do have 5 Million Photo Location and nonsensical Snow tracks.

Its beyond me why people still buy his dusty games. I played every single part, even the Tokyo Demo etc, and GT7 will be the last i bought. Sick of this clown Kazunori acting like the motorsport world revolves around him, while he cant even fix his game or keep his promises. We still missing tons of promised cars years later, but he talks about challenges and how hard it is to fulfill the needs of all gamers? No, its Kaz who forgot that he is a game developer and he doesnt even have the balls to resign, he just keeps on with his BS and he doesnt care about GT7 players at all. The whole online system got worse, you get beamed off the track for driving somewhere where you dont even get an advantage. I could go on for hours with whats wrong with GT7, but Kazunori will keep on with his fairytale of taking GT to the next level.
Good point we don't have an "official drift track" but what would that even look like? I also think whatever PD could come up with might not be better than just getting some more real city tracks instead... Plus regardless the community will just play "section" on the infinitely boring suzuka east till the end of time
Just sort by date acquired!
Apparently some people Can't even find that feature, how would they know it exists? LOL

Idk if this has been mentioned but one small thing that gets me every time I see. The sound of the car shifting and the driver's animation aren't in sync at all. Im willing to let the fact that the driver never presses the clutch slide, but I least get animations timed right. Or better yet, make the fully customizable racing transmission a sequential.

You would still be disappointed.

#RUFCTR3.

A small pet peeve of mine is how the single player championships allow for retries during the races.

I get that you are free to ignore them and force the 'perma-death' condition manually, but I prefer the game to give me genuine jeopardy, especially on the later events. It could even be tied to difficulty settings, otherwise Hard isn't really hard is it?

Not sure what the issue is. You'd get that brutal difficulty just by playing a custom race. Make it 200 laps, put weather on, die trying to drive in torrential rain whilst the AI whoops you with their modded grip. another 50 laps of dry weather should make you catch up to the AI

What really annoys me at present is I can't tell which lobbies allow interior cams spectating. Thought it was a japanese exclusive at one point. Must have something to do with lobby type being free or race.

What? I'm talking about the Championship events in World Circuits. The whole point is I have 3 consecutive races at different tracks with a points system deciding the final winner, nothing like Custom Race! 200 laps at the same circuit isn't my idea of fun, nor something I could commit to. The way it currently is, the game allows you to retry each individual race until you get the desired result, which kinda misses the point of a championship.

The sound of the Alpine VGT!

That constant squeaking/whistling is so annoying I had to take of the headphones after a few laps.
The car itself isn't bad (for a VGT), it looks and feels quite nice but the sounds completely ruins it for me.

On a PS5, the loading times of getting into the garage, because the raytracing has 2 full seconds to prepare itself. Still buggers me

But also, how you can't add styles from within a online lobby "feature not yet avaliable at present" how amny times I've got that message

You can’t pause while you’re in the pit lane? Are you kidding me?!? I mean sure it’s took me 4 months to realise this so it’s hardly a game changer but still - why on earth? :lol:

Since i don't have the power to change thing , i prefer not get upset and i just do with what the game offer me .

But i get annoy when i do stupid mistake while driving or when i overeact after some player make intentionnal move to put you out in a race.

One thing that annoys me is when PD add a winner car from a certain category and season, and it becomes isolated in a different universe. In other words, it's a fish out of water. Or a dinosaur in the african savannah. It's Usain Bolt playing professional football!

It irritates me when, for example:

- AUDI RS5 DTM is added, but its opponents are not, such as the BMW M4 DTM and AM Vantange DTM;

- ALFA ROMEO 155 V-6 Ti is added, but the racing versions of the Mercedes 190E 2.5-16 Evo II and Opel Calibra V6 4x4 are not;

- MCLAREN MP4/4 is added, but the opponents at least a few years apart are not, for example, like the Williams FW14 and the Ferrari F1 641;

- SUBARU BRZ GT300 is added, but opponents are not, such as Toyota GR Supra GT300 and Toyota 86 MC GT300;

- ASTON MARTIN DBR9 GT1 is added, but your opponents are not, such as Maserati MC12 GT1 and Matech Ford GT1;

- MCLAREN F1 GTR is added, but your opponents are not, such as Ferrari F40 LM and Venturi 600LM;

- TOYOTA GR010 is added, but its opponents Ferrari 499P and Porsche 963 are not.

The idea would be for PD to do what it did in GT Sport, when it added the three GT500 cars from the 2016 season, and also the three cars from the 2008 season.

This gives the game user a feeling of completeness, a feeling of experiencing a race in the virtual world close to reality, with opposing cars.

Furthermore, cars like the McLaren MP4/4 are a white elephant in the game. Basically the car is only used for time attack and photographs with fake Senna. If we're going to play racing, it's a clone race. If licensing is a difficulty, PD could bring fictional F1 cars from the 1988, 1990, 1991 season, whatever, just like it did in Gran Turismo 3.

Its annoying that there's no penalty for such things. There should be daily bans for anything deemed purposeful.

I’ve mentioned before, but some of the cars not in the game, might not even be licensing related. PD might just not care to licence certain cars, while having the community make fake versions.
Kaz mentioned, regarding GT Sport, how surprised he was at the creativity of players making liveries. Formula cars, prototypes, GT and touring cars, many can be replicated with parts and decals. No doubt it’s a suspect theory, but after having so many race versions of cars in past GT games, it’s crazy how PD keep having “Kool-Aid, no sugar. Peanut butter, no jelly. Ham, no burger.”.

Why not just add similar cars together? It can’t just be licensing. Must be something other than PDLogic. Whatever that something is.

So, so, so true and important. Perfectly on point with an issue in the car additions.

You could just turn Raytracing off. Imo, the smoother framerate actually make it look more realistic than it would with RT on.

I am sorry if this has been discussed before, I was unable to find a reference to it.
WHAT: Sectors are marked differently in the sector part of the Circuit Experience than in the whole track part of the Circuit Experience.
WHY: It annoys me because I am not very good and part of my process is that upon failing to Gold the CE whole lap or Time Trial, I compare sector times to get an idea of how badly I have failed in each sector and to practice those sectors. In theory practicing these would help me to improve in areas where I am exceptionally poor.
Examples: Either of the Tokyo Central Circuit Experiences. The second and third sectors match the whole lap part of the experience, the first and fourth do not. I did not look for others. I do not know if this is prevalent in other parts of the game. I do know that in the Circuit Experience, there are four sectors for the Spa track, but in the current time trial (Alfa Romeo 4C at Spa), there are only three sectors.
YMMV
